Great cost benefit, excellent location in Quito. The bed is very confortable, the kitchen has everything you need to make meals, the wifi signal is good.

The only detail that bothered a bit was that whenever someone passes through the hallway, the lights automatically switch on, and they are directly in front of the bed, and the curtains are not black-out. A few people kept walking around during the night and that made the lights keep switching on and bothered me a bit during sleep.

We stayed in both a newer and older room. The newer rooms are great - they have small kitchens and good bathroom facilities. The older rooms are still ok but not quite as good. The staff was great. The location is far enough away from old town to feel safe, but close enough where you can take an Uber (about $2 to get to old town).

It costs $1 an hour to park on the street. They do have a parking facility for 1 very small car for $4 a day. You are given 1 bottle of drinking water per day. There is not much to see within walking distance.

Very nice for the price. Very friendly staff. The studios have a nice kitchenette and there is a larger community kitchen on the first floor. There is a dongle attached to the key for easy and secure entry and exit of the property. There is no breakfast included but I always bring something to make there. There is coffee in the main kitchen, sometimes you have to make a fresh pot and bring creamer if you like that

For the price I have no compaints

Quite location during the nights. Big and comfortable bed. We got a big room, and could make simple food in a kitchenet next to the reception. No breakfast included. We found a ok place to breakfast just around the corner.

To much noise from other guests inside from the hotel. No sound reduction from the corridore.

It's a great place to stay, staff is very kind and eager to help. Rooms are comfortable, clean and well maintained. I definitely recommend this place.

Some guests can be noisy and isolation is not the best.

it would have been nice if we were provided instant coffee and more bottled water (we got two small bottles on arrival) since there was a kitchen but we didn’t make use of it.

- The room was spacious - it was very clean - the shower was exceptional - bed was big and comfortable - location was good distance from restaurants and bars and easy bus access to the historical centre and bus terminals

Nice old house in quiet neighborhood, big bed and comfy room, hot water and all necesities required

District Mariscal next by is terrible and not safe, hotel not responsive regarding tours etc

She was honestly the most amazing host I've ever come across. I asked her to book me a taxi for the early morning, which she did but she also woke up to make sure i was awake for it too!! The room was perfect and nice and big, very clean! Would recomment 100%

Location was a bit further out from where I needed to be but all the food spots were near me
