Excellent, non-pretentious, but slick and very comfortable hotel is a terrific part of Quito, with many restaurant choices nearby, a large supermarket one block away, a great coffee house very close on La Niña Street, public transportation by the front door, and a taxi availability at all times. I loved my room - it was bright, with large windows that faced the street, the bathroom was very comfortable, and it even had a smaller, second mirror for easier shaving. The hotel is well kept, and the staff was awesome, always with a smile and willing to help.

The staff is kind and willing to help us. At check in we had a problem with the price because the booking showed a different price and at the hotel they asked us for extra money but luckily the hotel manager came and we paid what the application said. A very kind gentleman and smiling. At breakfast there was an abundance of food, juices and coffees. The rooms were extremely clean and every two days we had new towels. From my room I had a view of the street and the mountain of Quito. I would definitely stay there again!!

the location isn’t good, especially for solo travellers: it’s far from both the historic centre and mariscal, with nothing much around. I was also pretty cold at night and it’s quite noisy.

The Hotel looks brand new, the room I stayed in was really nice and felt cozy. Considering the price and the location it is definitely a fantastic offer. The staff are super friendly and help me with all kind of requests, from early check-in to late check-out. I would definitely recommend it and stay again.

They are doing a beautiful remodel. I would have like to have seen the updated Zen Hotel remodel.

Nice room, big and clean. Hotel is located in good area where you can go out after sunset with mo worries. Good restaurants are located in 15 min walking distance. 20 min to the historical center by taxi, 50 min to the airport. Clean bathroom, good water pressure in shower.

The breakfast is boring. The staff does not speak English, so it is not easy to communicate. The room service needs to be improved ( first day - no towels ; second day: no shampoo).

The only downside is looking onto a main road so there was loud noises of traffic all night, TV only had a few channels which were fuzzy too.

I loved the hotel, staff super friendly and accommodating. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, modern and super clean. Comfortable beds and lovely breakfast. Location close to main areas in Quito.

The rooms facing the street can be a bit noisy late in the evening or early in the morning, but they have a better view. Take some earplugs just in case if you want to enjoy the view or ask for a quiet room facing the other way.

I had a great nigh sleep there before my flight to elsewhere. The facility have a modern design, good climate in the room, clean and comfy. Perfect just for a night stay or business trip. Good options of restaurant in walking distance.
