From the very stylish entrance till the rooftop terrace and lounge area it is a very comfortable, sympathic little hotel near to Carolina Park. Breakfast was wonderful with a lot of fresh fruit, eggs, fruit juices, granola and more. The rooms very clean, modern, beautiful photgraphs of the most remarkable landscape highlights of Ecuador. A good choice of art objects, sculptures, wooden masks, pictures make a difference!!

The terrace was lovely for coffee. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was very, very friendly and always open to help.

It was a little cold - for me. There was no internal heating, and that is ok. I got an extra blanket to keep me warm!

We stayed at Casa Q for 11 nights - an extended visit to see our daughter who is currently living there. We could not have found a better place. We loved the vibe of this cozy hotel. The terrace and community room on the top floor was a great bonus. Wifi was strong, showers were hot. The staff was fantastic....they were always available to answer our questions and make recommendations. The location was outstanding....we were surrounded by restaurants, a zocalo food court, and large supermarket just a few blocks away. La Carolina park was also right next door....a great place for walks. We explored many parts of Quito during our stay and concluded that our location at Casa Q was ideal!

The style and design made it feel like an elegant apartment. I like the Ecuadorian art displayed throughout the facility. The staff was very accommodating. You could walk around the corner and get great food and nightlife.

The city noise

We had two rooms with an attached door for the 4 of us. The rooms and beds were super comfortable with lots of outlets, lamps etc. Wifi worked well. The breakfast was decent with fresh juice, eggs, bread. The staff was simply amazing. Shoutout to Carol who helped us order empanadas (delivery) on Christmas day after checking a few restaurants. The other guy dried our wet from swimming clothes in the dryer so they would not stink. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The mall and food trucks are only a 5-10 min walk so lots of stuff is close by. Taxis to downtown are only $3 and the staff is happy to call one for you.

The bathroom is tiny. The shower especially is the size of an airplane bathroom if even that. The curtain does not hold the water in so you are left with a wet floor every single time someone showers. This was the only downside to an otherwise excellent property.

What a fun, modern and friendly spot. The location was great and close to a ton of great restaurants in the New Town neighborhood. The decor was bright and clean, room had great views of the city.

There was a slight hiccup with my airport shuttle from Quito getting to the hotel which I had scheduled before my arrival. Apparently the driver got into some kind of accident, but I wasn't notified so i waited at the airport for over an hour for a ride before having a security guard call the hotel to find out what was going on. After about 20-30 minutes after that, I was told to take a taxi. Not really anyone's fault but communication might've been a bit better if possible.

All liked it. We had a family room. Clean, cozy, comfortable. Interesting design. Very nice people at the reception. Thank you!

In the family room, you can add shelves or hangers for clothes. There were 5 of us, and there was no place to put clothes. Plus the breakfast could be improved. But these are all trifles. In general, we really liked it!

The hotel is sparkling clean with excellent hot showers. I had a wonderful city view from my room and I just loved the city lights at night. The terraza on the roof is wonderful. It has a glassed in and open air area. The views from the roof our very nice.

Quito can be cold and moist. The rooms have no heating but the staff provides extra blankets so that you can sleep comfy.

Carol and staff were very accommodating and helpful. We were allowed to stay well beyond normal checkout time to facilitate a late flight. Airport transfer was easily arranged. Comfortable bed and great breakfast. We enjoyed the rooftop terrazzo.
