The Airport has an extremely high level of security. I liked the that the room was in a perfect size. The hotel made us feel comfortable. I enjoyed staying there, although we stayed there for one day.

I find it a bit strange that they don't have napkins in the room. For a hotel with this price, I am also expecting free slippers. Additional, they don't have universal adapters in all the plugs, only one plug had a universal adapter. Because of this extreme security, it delayed us for a few minutes because we came with Uber. The breakfast was a bit too boring & too standard. I need a little bit passion for the matter of breakfast. I have stayed in many hotels, it is more of less the same breakfast as they offer in most hotel. They claim that they offer high speed internet, which is not true, it is only 20-30 Mbit connection, in my home country, I have 1000 Mbit. 20-30 Mbit/s is a speed that was acceptable for 10-15 years ago and considered as a high speed.

The room was huge and really well laid out and comfortable. The showers were great and beds super comfortable. It was great to have a good restaurant in the building too. The complimentary breakfast was very good also. I appreciated that they still offered a computer for guests in the business centre (having broken my phone). When I required some assistance the staff quickly responded.

The lights in the bedroom were modern however I never figured out how to get just a reading light on (maybe that was me). I'm sure if I called the front desk they could have sent someone to help. The front desk and other staff spoke mostly Spanish and were not always able to understand or speak much English so it was a slight bit challenging.

Only 8 mins from the Airport with a free shuttle. Santiago one of the Managers was amazing, he organized a private taxi/guide called Dario to take us into Quito old town to stay with us while we visited some tourist sites. and then waited while we had a meal at PIMMS (also to be recommended) We were 3 ladies staying in a 2 person suite, (for an additional fee). The sofa bed was comfortable, and the suite had 2 bathrooms. Dario the guide was so good we hired him for a second trip. Fab breakfast, good bartender. Santiago was most attentive, and made us feel very safe and cared for. The service was exemplary at this Hotel, we considered staying at a more expensive hotel in the old town, but the convenience to the airport and the ability to book a car and driver made this a much better choice.

We did not use the pool, we did not have enough time, but it looked a little exposed.

I was upgraded to a suite free of charge. The breakfast was very good.

It'll be nice to be able to schedule the airport shuttle ahead of time instead of calling the hotel after I have claimed the checked luggage. I have called the hotel before I left for the trip and the hotel and asked me to call after I have claimed the checked luggage. The airport shuttle arrived in ten minutes. It was not a major issue.

Super deluxe hotel, 5 min from airport with free shuttle. Great bed/mattress, amazing double shower with a seat in the shower.

There’s a lot of blackouts during the night, they do have a generator but the lights kept switching on and off during the night. Even when we switched off the switch and even took out our hotel key card, lights kept coming on. Hope they fix that soon!

Excellent room - spacious and clean and the bathroom and shower is spectacular! Great location and lovely facilities. The evening staff in the restaurant were lovely and very accommodating.

Reception staff when we checked in didn't think that my husband was part of my family. Breakfast staff were not as attentive. It would be good to have some simple kids menu options for dinner as well.

The staff is SO kind and helpful. The airport shuttle service is excellent. They met with with a sign at 9:30 and 11:00 pm and had early AM shuttle service. So helpful - helps take the stress out of travel. While there is not much of touristic interest at the location, it is peaceful and close to the airport. The restaurant is also nice.

The entire experience was exceptional from the warm, professional staff who went out of their way for my comfort to the beautiful and modern room, the accessibility from the airport (they also provide a shuttle with experienced and informative drivers) and the beauty of the property. The restaurant was excellent as well! I’m from Miami and a bit of a foodie and their fare was right up there in terms of organic, regionally sourced and fresh ingredients. It was a really superb experience.

It was great from start to finish. Not one single complaint.

The hotel is conveniently located within 10 minutes’ drive from the airport. The room was spacious — we received an upgrade at no extra charge — and was well equipped with bath robes, slippers and hair dryer. Breakfast was included and was excellent: omelette or fried eggs, plus a buffet of cheeses, ham, fruit, pastries and a choice of juice. we ate dinner there to, and were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly, professional and invariably helpful. This appeared to us to be better option than the other Quito airport hotels.

Nothing. one piece of advice to travellers: the airport shuttle appears to run on request only rather than regularly. When booking, therefore, guests should therefore give the hotel their flight number as well as their expected time of arrival.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are large, the beds are comfortable.The rooms have fruit, a coffee set and mineral water.The restaurant is nice and the food is delicious. The staff is helpful and pleasant. Undoubtedly a right choice for those who need a hotel close to the airport. They offer shuttle services from and to the airport.
