Honestly I was surprised by the quality of the hotel. Lobby looks nice, room is amazing in size and cleanliness, new furnishing , staff was very helpful, the indoor pool was beautifully decorated . very good atmosphere overall for a business hotel and price is quite reasonable given all the challenging prices in north coast.

Nothing. I just put a simple comment in reception that signs need to be put on the pool and gym area. If for visits for leisure, would be good to have access to a beach.

This hotel is new, so it's very modern and clean. The hotel itself is quite big. My room and en suite bathroom was really big. I had a room with a large balcony and a view of the main road and the sea in the distance. The buffet breakfast had a decent spread. I had lunch at the hotel and it was really good. The hotel has a cafe at the front too. There is a Gomla Market supermarket just a few doors down from the hotel, which is very handy. The supermarket is very large, well stocked and has anything you need for your stay. I think it's the main supermarket in El Alamein. There is a restaurant beside the hotel that serves seafood. There is a Drinkies nearby too. There is a nice indoor swimming pool and gym in the hotel too. Mr. Ahmed, the concierge at reception, was very helpful and spoke great English. He arranged a driver for a day, to visit the war museum and cemeteries. That was a life saver because I don't have a car in Egypt. Mr. Ahmed arranged an Uber to my next hotel too. It might be better to have a car when coming to El Alamein but the hotel will help, if you do not. El Alamein is quite spread out and not very walkable so a car, driver or Uber is needed. I would recommend this hotel for people who want to visit the beaches, war museum and cemeteries.

The wifi isn't the best. Seems to be an issue across the North Coast. Luckily, I had my own Egyptian internet provider, so it wasn't a problem.

This is the 2nd te for us to stay here and it was amazing. Location! You wouldnt worry about shopping as it is just next to a hyper market. Very easy to be located by friends or taxis, comfortable rooms, amazing staff.

The new regulations for prices, if not egyptian you will have to pay way more than usual. Breakfast could be a bit more versatile.

Food variety and quality was good. The hotel smell was superb. Perfect for a family staycation as a quiet and calm place.

No beach access

Very clean, the room smelled very nice, its a new hotel that just opened 9 months ago, stylish decor, friendly staff. Also, very vital area near local stores and markets. The hotel is small comparable to others, it has a gym, sauna, indoor pool, table tennis, kids area.

The hotel does not have beach facility and I hope they can give some kind of access to the beach, this was the only thing we would've loved to add to our stay, because public beach in new Alamein was not open yet. Not a lot of open-air places to chill (only restaurant). Other than that, it's was a beautiful stay.

Overall a good hotel, located in a developing part of New Alamein, life is in full swing and there is everything you need, a large store right downstairs.

Need breakfast is more varied, distance from the sea.

Hotel is in great location staff are very kindful i like the cleanliness of the hotel, room is big enough with good bathroom and good space trace I would like to thanks Mrs Hadir the reseptionist for her welcoming us and her help , and also i would thank Mr. Yasser Sherif for cleaning our room every day in best way

Pool was closed all the period of our stay And the big deal no private beach 🏖️

Location is awesome, staff members are very nice, the upgrade they gave us for an apartment was exceptionally special.. we LOVED our stay there.

Breakfast could be better and more versatile, and the hotel needs to operate multiple elevators as the corridors are really long. Nonetheless, a little bit sport can't be bad 😁

The hotel is in the center of everything. It’s very clean, rooms are really nice and bathroom is also very clean with hot water. There are many restaurants under the hotel and a supermarket, and a cafe. Breakfast is also very delicious, and they have many options and an omelette station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay.
