Best hotel in Alamein. Best customer service ever. Excellent sea view. Capacious room. Excellent food taste and wide variety. Super clean. Friendly staff. Lots of beverages anytime & anywhere, many pools with different depths to suit all ages. Highly qualified personnels. The beach is exceptional. It has too many comfortable places to use and many site scenes to take memorable photos. Best value for money though.Thank you for every unforgettable moment. Recommend it. Will come back sure.

I simply LOVE Rixos. I booked two rooms with my wife, 3 kids and my mom visiting from USA. It is our best destination over the Mediterranean in Egypt and North Africa. Best destination for a family vacation. Amazing crew helping with multiple room selection to accommodate our needs with fascinating sea and pool view, faster internet connection, and restaurant reservations. Special thanks to Sohaila, Yusuf, and Wael. You folks are the best! Delicious food and drinks around the clock with full board service around the pool and beach. Two white sand beaches with one more suitable to the kids. Very clean room service with active staff. Great kids area with playground, play station and small disco parties and you can leave the kids there too 😊. At night live singing shows with Arabic and non-Arabic performers. I didn’t need a car because I didn’t have to go anywhere. All what you need is Rixos 😊. Highly recommended and looking forward to coming back again soon.

Almost everything! People, staff, location, food, facilities, no exception! everything is literally perfect and amazing..Staff are very much friendly, accommodating, helpful and communicative... The one more thing I have noticed in this hotel is that the hotel assigns a dedicated guest relation staff member for every guest, our guest relation staff was Aya Ashraf. Aya is very much friendly staff, she will never say no for anything with her capacity to make us happy. She know her job and goes beyond the limits to make everyone around happy, I have seen that not only with us but with others. She is a professional staff. If I will go to Rixos, Al Alamain again, we will go because of her, she is very much welcoming, thank you Aya!

For me as i used to go to rixos sharm i was shocked as all inclusive wasn't including hard drinks , if we will add hard drinks will add extra charge 100 usd per person per night The snacks was very bad , the ice cream was with extra charges Every thing very very expensive, hookah was for 25 USD (the normal price at Egypt 5 USD) , beer for 100 usd , glass of wine for 200 usd Pool not heated

The location, the good service, the landscape, the property is very clean. The variety of the food and it’s delicious for an all inclusive hotel. White beaches and amazing clear sea. The location of the deluxe rooms are very nice with clear pool/sea view. Also the a la carte restaurants are exceptional like the Mangal restaurant that makes the stay unforgettable. The daily good care from Aya Ashraf from guest relations asking if we need anything over WhatsApp is highly appreciated.

That there are no snacks available around the beach/swimming pool like Rixos premium Alamein. The options at the Peoples restaurant is very poor during lunch. They should change then concept so you can choose the snacks or food from the menu when you take place from the restaurant and order it from the stuff. The SPA is a bit outdated and should be renewed and modernized.

My friend and I had a wonderful experience at the Rixos Alamein. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Special thanks to Ms. Aya for her proficiency in her work and for the help he offered to get a comfortable stay Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Toilet sink water was yellowish for a while. AC was not cooling enough.

I had a fantastic seven-day stay at Rixos Alamein. The hospitality and service were exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Mahmoud Reda at the front desk for his professionalism and helpfulness. Additionally, Ms. Didi from the animation team made our experience unforgettable with her vibrant energy and engaging activities, and the special care for my kids.

While my overall experience was excellent, I noticed that the Wi-Fi connection in certain areas of the hotel could be improved. It would be great to have a more consistent and stronger connection throughout the property.
