The way they serve the breakfast is too unaligned with the policy of the hotel in regards to the discrimination between foreigners and resident in payment and there is no table vacancies in the breakfast time because of the high number of residents against foreigners which not fair for foreigners to pay more and find no available table for breakfast

I traveled to Alexandria with my 79-year-old mother from October 12th to 14th to attend an event. After thorough research, I chose this hotel, and I’m so glad I did! Our room offered a stunning frontal sea view, which added to our wonderful experience. The hotel offers great value without the hefty price tag of some other hotels. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the hotel staff for their exceptional service and warm smiles. The reception team ensured a quick and smooth check-in, while the concierge provided a warm welcome and continuous assistance, including a wheelchair for my mother during our stay. The valet parking service was efficient, and the housekeeping and laundry services exhibited remarkable professionalism and promptness. If you’re seeking an elegant and clean hotel right in the heart of Alexandria - close to all the city’s landmarks and beautiful outings, and If you are looking for a modern hotel in Alexandria that is not insanely overpriced and not an old heritage hotel with old wooden floors that make creaky sounds, then Tolip Hotel Alexandria is not your best choice .. it is your only choice.

Luxury apartments, very clean and professional housekeeping team. The receptionist MOHAMED OSAMA IS very professional and kind and helpful and it was very pleasant to speak with him during check in.

Slow response from the concierge and very impolite valet parking man he was rude and shouting at the lady

Wonderful location and view. Very friendly staff. At the reception we were welcomed by Mr. Ahmed and then Ms Sara followed up. Heba was friendly at Haus keeping and Mr. Walid and Mohamed from conserge gave us great tips to tour Alexandria. The bus to the beach was very reliable. The beach itself is great experience. We ended up extending another day.

I had a lovely stay for two nights. I would also like to thank the two amazing housekeeping staff (Awad & Mustafa) for their wonderful hospitality.

I didn't like that the beach is 2.5 Km away from the hotel. Didn't like the small swimming pool compared to how big the hotel is.

We stayed for fourteen nights and used Every possible feature. We can't rate this place high enough. Everybody helped in every way they could. The cleaning service Was amazing from the management to the individual Workers They go out of their way to help you in any way they can Also , when we use them for laundry , they got Stains out of my dress shirts in a way that no one Has been able to back home. The Spa with the steam room and jacuzzi and steam room were unmatched and also comfortable. The gym was usable.Some equipment should be better up kept but generally speaking it was great. The salt bath Was a great unique experience We have never had. The baby loves playing In the lobby and it is really Big and design to be a nice central area. There is a nice kid's playroom which the baby love. That cost $5 a day. Probably should have been free. Best room service food I've ever was amazing. Probably the most authentic tasting and high quality Egyptian food.I've had this trip. The portion sizes for all the meats were amazing.The fish restaurant can give you take away with great food.That's amazing with the real authentic alexandria grill fish. Prices for everything are surprisingly reasonable Compare to the current market outside the hotel even though you get a deliver to your door. The front desk does everything they could do to help you. The Wi-Fi they give you for free really shouldn't be considered WI.Fi. But the paid version even at four megoodbytes is pretty good Five bucks a day for 2 devices. Free wifi should Be stronger. The breakfast buffet Has The most beautiful view on the top floor With Panoramic ocean And the breakfast itself Is great. The Terrace in between the hotel has a great walking opportunity with peace and quiet, overlooking the ocean without the noise of the city.A very nice feature. Overall end-to-end.It was a great place to live for 2 weeks with a spouse and baby.
