The hotel is at the end of the Cornish and overlooks an ancient palace and park. But it also means that it is far away from the rest of the attractions. Breakfast was nice, with huge selection of Middle Eastern and European selections. Staff were very accommodating. If I had time, I would have had a foot massage... but the service did not start until after 9am and I had to leave to see the sites - next time. Prices were good.

The beach is not available because of repairs of the cornish. I asked for a view, and while I had partial sea view and beautiful park view, I had to go with staff to the 15th floor to see the Cornish and full ocean view. The fifteenth floor is currently being renovated. Room is very small, sitting on the toilet, you are up against the open door....

Highly recommended. The Sheraton Montazah is an excellent place to stay with your family. Our experience began when we arrived at the 27. We stayed there for 5 nights and everything was perfect, from check-in to our spacious room. During that time, I met the legend of hospitality, Mr Ayman Zain, who was very helpful in a professional manner. Many thanks to him and his team for their lovely smiles, which matched the brilliant and attentive service. There is lovely staff in Coquillage Restaurant; Mohamed Abd El Fadil and Christina in Rendezvous Restaurant are welcoming and very helpful, making us feel at home during our stay. overlooking the breakfast was okay.

Honestly, one of the best stays I've had in Alexandria. The location is spectacular with direct sea views in many rooms. The reception, house keeping, room service and restaurant staff were polite, welcoming, friendly, and accommodating My room was upgraded prior to my arrival on very short notice upon my request. Mr. Ayman Zein from the hotel's reception/guest relations is one of the best hotel staff members I've ever dealt with. He'd follow up on a daily basis in case I needed something and would always look for feedback to improve/accommodate my stay as much as possible. I'd definitely recommend the Sheraton to anyone looking for a wonderful private stay in Alexandria especially since the hotel is planning to open their private beach passes by June 2024.

The wifi speed was really slow sometimes and it would disconnect several times before I could reconnect again.

Everything Staff is amazing I have to mention Mr. Ayman Zain, who was always available and supportive and offered his services 24/7 Moreover, Ms. Aya at check-in was amazing and helpful Christina in the coffee shop at reception was very kind and always has a beautiful smile. Restaurant staff were excellent, especially Mr. Mohamed always offers his services with a lovely smile. I booked for 3 nights, but due to amazing service, I extended one more night.

- Needs immediate renovation specially carpet in floors corridors (smelling bad) - Bethroom is very small. Door locker was not working - Very bad Internet service. Could not connect all my stay time. - My booking was Halfboard option. The breakfast was OK as open buffet, but the Second meal I was forced to select one main dish from only Three dishes (beef is not included), one salad and one dessert. I should been informed during booking. - Recommended not to take Half-board, specially there is a big food (restaurants) availability around the hotel. - Cleanliness needs more effort.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, From the moment I arrived until the day of my departure, every aspect of my stay surpassed my expectations. The moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort throughout my entire stay. The check-in process was good, i been requested to pay in USD not in Egyptian pounds you have to be aware. The room I stayed in was nothing short of great, a small issue was inside the bathroom and they directly solve it. Special thanks to Mr. Ayman he made our trip the best experiences

I stayed three nights in the Montazah Sheraton during the month of September 2023. The staff of this hotel is a wonderful group of people ready and willing happily to serve the residents. I would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Ayman Zain who helped me with the wifi issues and routinely checked on me to make sure I have comfortably everything I need. He represented the Sheraton family very well. The hotel location is convenient and the rooms are very clean. The only thing I did not like was that breakfast was not included.
