Great location for the pyramids. Great view of the Giza pyramids. Noisy street traffic, but it was fairly quiet in my room. Excellent staff always asked if I needed anything and was very helpful. It is a small hotel so it wasn't crowded.

There is a water tank over the toilet, and being tall, I had to lean to the left to utilize it standing up. Bumped into it a few times.

Eveything is perfect. We spent about a week in Egypt and visited 3 cities and this place was better than all the hotels we stayed in. Cleanliness, excellent design and friendly and helpful staff. Everything was perfect. I want to thank them for everything.

Clean and comfortable. Rate was low at a time when comparable hotels in Cairo were very expensive. Location is in a safe middle-class community in Giza that is not touristy. We were able to walk around the community's surprisingly large shopping district with virtually no hassle, which is refreshing compared to the areas closer to the pyramids.

The hotel is a significant distance from anything of tourist interest, and we felt a bit isolated. The Pyramids were a 19 minute Uber ride (EGP 100). This wasn't a problem per se, but it it worth considering. Also, the hotel required cash payment in foreign currency.

The very friendly staff, the room was confortable with a small heater to keep us warm at night, really appreciated. The hotel is close to many restaurants where you can order to get the food delivered to the hotel, very convenient at night. The view on the pyramids. The sweet treats available on site. Very easy going staff always ready to help, and the good price for the excursions with a local guide.

Do not judge a book by its cover, arrived very late after lost baggage. Mo made breakfast at 6pm after I told him I was hungry. All the staff are amazing and go above and beyond nothing is too much, great guys Mo called the airline for me, it took 10 attempts to get through, I was out site seeing. The guys are so warming and always went above and beyond. I felt I needed to add to my review, moving on from Cairo we went to Luxor for 6 days and stayed in a large chain hotel. Internet only in the lobby only one key for the door there was 3 of us and at times doing completely different things so it was a ball ache going to ask security to open the door. There was never any personal interaction with us except for the pool guys, nice clean hotel but that’s were it stopped. So again a massive thank you to you guys who made us feel so at home, sorry we didn’t come back to spend our last night with you, the airline messed up so we had to go straight to the airport. We will deffo see you again next year.. you need to build that roof top pool.

Absolutely nothing.

Everyone was very nice and the room was clean and cold. The wifi works really well sometimes and not super well others in the room at least. We unfortunately didn’t have one of the pyramid views from the room but we had the private bathroom and based on reviews i think you have to pick one or the other (there may be one with both). The bed is firm but like just a firm mattress, not a bad one. The shower is a bit cramped if you’re bigger but had hot water and pretty decent water pressure. Everyone was very nice. The breakfast is good, eggs, naan, cheeses/spreads, some fruit and veggies and juice and tea or coffee. They even sent us with breakfast to go for our early flight! It is further from the airport but the taxi they offered was only 25 USD. Obviously this isn’t a 5 star place, and if you want to pay for that look at the four seasons but if you want something nice and a great price with fantastic staff then this place is great.

FYI: I did get a scam message from them asking for card info but that it wouldn’t charge. It looked pretty real. They eventually messaged that it was a scam and to ignore but they do NOT ask for this if it happens to you. I booked with booking and that already has whatever card you used to book and the place has you pay cash on arrival.

This is by far the most comfortable hostel I have stayed in Egypt. My friend and I enjoyed our stay with this hotel

I stayed in the hotel for three nights. Hotel is on 4th flour , very well established and maintained. Clean , comfortable , good location , with the nice view to Pyramids. The gem of the hotel is staff. They are so friendly and helpful. All of them . Breakfast is basic but fresh and prepared with the love. When I had the breakfast in balcony with the pyramids view I felt like a Pharaoh:)

The noise from the street , but it is all around Cairo. It is not shortage of the hotel .

The property is very clean and has a nice view of the pyramids. The staff is very friendly and is willing to help you. The breakfast is very good and the beds are really comfy
