The location is absolutely perfect for visiting the pyramids! Felt so unbelievably lucky to sit on the balcony of an evening and watch the light show, and look over the stunning view.

I am super allergic to animal fur, and the hotel is right outside the area where the camels, horses and donkeys go onto the land of the pyramids. Lovely to see, but the dust and fur is ALOT! However, it wouldn’t stop me visiting and staying again. Just a different lifestyle in Egypt! Was amazing to be in the heart of it all.

The owners Mohammed, Sherry, were extremely good at communicating with their staff and us to make sure everything was the best it could be for us.The staff including Mira (who is very Lovely) and Faraj (who went out of his way to make everything great ) and the lovely staff in the restaurant gave great hospitality. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms are very clean with good showers, the breakfast and view from the rooftop restaurant were amazing.We would definitely come here again ! many thanks for looking after us!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tree Lounge Hotel, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful surroundings and top-notch facilities, but what truly made my stay unforgettable was the exceptional staff. A special mention must go to Mohammad, Meera, and Amr, who went above and beyond to ensure my experience was nothing short of perfect. Mohammad’s professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable; he anticipated every need before I even had to ask. Meera’s warm and friendly personality made me feel instantly at home, and she was always ready to assist with a smile. The hotel reception staff Amr were all welcoming and efficient, ensuring a smooth check-in process and offering helpful local recommendations. The entire team worked seamlessly to create a welcoming and personalised experience, and it’s rare to find such genuine hospitality these days. We chose this hotel as it is right in front of the Pyramids next to the entrance gate, so you can be the first to enter at 8am in the morning. The unobstructed views of the Pyramids are spectacular from the restaurant terrace which has three levels. Regarding the room, we originally booked the Deluxe room which had no view and we don't recommend it. Really worth upgrading to the Superior room for a bit more, which is significantly better. The Superior is a larger spacious room and the highlight is the breath-taking balcony (side) view of the Pyramids!! Breakfast was good, small buffet. There is water, tea, coffee, TV, toiletries in the room. We booked for 2 nights and they offered us a complimentary pick up from the airport which was a bonus. They were very accommodating in letting us have a late check out at 6:30pm on the last day for only $20 USD extra, as our flight was in the evening. Thank you to Shahd the kind manager for organising a wonderful stay! :-)

Everything was great and I really enjoyed my time here. The staff was very friendly and I had the best communication with them. They even helped me with the pick-up from Sphinx Airport and with a sim card. If you want to visit Cairo and have the best accomodation with a great view of the pyramids this is the best place to stay. The restaurant on the roof is very good and you can even pay with your card. More than that, I would 100% recommend to take the breakfast here. The food is delicious and served in very large plates - you will not be able to eat everything :D Wish the best to my friends from Egypt!

Took an upgrade when we arrived with a room with terrace and a great view. Breakfast on the on roof top terrace was a great start to the day with an extensive spread and big shout out to the serving female staff member ( forgot her name ) on 6/1 who was both attentive and charming. Staff overall very good and special mention of Mira and thanks too to Yuri. Ate on the terrace one afternoon and enjoyed the food. Location is first rate, especially for entry to the sites.

There we three of us and the shower room / wc was very small and could do with some TLC.

I had the best time staying at this hotel. It was my first time in Egypt and I especially wanted to stay in Giza to be near the pyramids. The hotel is modern and clean and the breakfast was delicious with great views of the pyramids. I felt super welcomed during my stay. The staff were amazing and made me feel so welcomed during my stay, Amr is super friendly and sweet and Mariam made sure my breakfast was perfect. And special thanks to Adam who treated me like a friend and made sure my first Egypt experience was a good one!

It's all about the location and the rooftop. From the rooftop you can take great pictures of the pyramids and sphinx during the day, and see them light up at night. The rooftop restaurant is not ridiculously overpriced as well.

It had said that breakfast started at 7am on some signage, but then it was actually 8am, which is the same time the pyramids complex opens. It's pretty obvious people stay here to be able to go the pyramids complex first thing in the morning just steps away. I was really disappointed not to have breakfast. I saw others on the rooftop around 7:30 too begging for anything, even a piece of fruit or something simple, but the staff would not oblige. The hotel staff are very friendly, but the tour packages and services they offer are egregiously overpriced.

The staff in the hotel are extraordinarily kind and helped us with all our trips. A special thanks should be sent to Amr, also called Sebastian on a good day ;-) He helped us with everything we needed and made our stay extra fun and interesting. The view from the top floor and restaurant is just amazing, as you have a view of the Sphinx and the pyramids, which are within walking distance from the hotel.

The rooms are a little noisy..

Unsurpassable view of the pyramids and Sphinx from rooftop restaurant terrace - if you want to see the best view in Giza, then go to this hotel . The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. Well worth booking a Royal Suite with a view and balcony because it’s just unforgettable. Wonderful staff who helped with our itineraries and airport transportation (especially appreciated as our flight was delayed by over 4 hours). Good choice of food in the restaurant and extremely obliging restaurant staff. We feel we chose the absolute best hotel in Giza at this level and thoroughly recommend it.
