We enjoyed our stay in the single-bed room with a lovely terrace. The staff was exceptionally friendly and always eager to assist us. The pools and spa facilities were excellent, and the lush vegetation added to the overall charm of the place. We also had excellent diving experiences organized through the hotel's Diving Center.

Too much plastic. We highly recommend discontinuing the use of single-use plastic bottles and encouraging guests to use refillable water bottles to reduce plastic waste. Food waste is a significant concern, and while it's not solely the responsibility of the hotel, we observed a concerning amount of waste from clients due to the buffet system during our stay.

The Staff were very helpful, respectful and friendly. The Landscape, Resort's facilities as well as the views were amazing. We had Breakfast and Lunch inklusive and they were a very good open buffet with a lot of varieties and amazing value for money. Great idea of having different kitchen Cuisine everyday. You can do Snorkeling directly from Resort's well equipped private beach.

Some items in the room are outdated and need renovations/maintenance. A bit far from the city center but reachable with Taxi in 10 min.

Some rules are different than most of hotels that i have visited before and the staff of the reception didn’t give complete information

Overall it was pretty good, the area is clean, room was amazing( we booked Deluxe Sea view but we were a bit far from the sea, but it was fine).

As I mentioned overall was ok however the only thing which disappointed is inability of staff to provide us with bottle of water during dinner or breakfast. They stated that the reservation is including water in glasses only) it was a little bit surprising as for LeMeriredian. As in the end of the day, this bottle costs 20 EGP outside max. I think for the money paid for the stay - it will not cost a lot for management to provide a bottle of water during meals instead of glasses.

The location, the design, the quality of food and diversity of facilities so it's truly a resort, a retreat from the world in a very charming way

Rooms were very clean and luxury with everything working well Also pools and restaurants were very nice

Parking is too far away than front desk and rooms Always need electric cars which need long time to arrange every time you try to go out the hotel. Also swimming the sea is not so good . No coral reefs or sand it's a mix and full of sea plants

Very nice resort; Beautiful location, south of Dahab center; Nice reef for quiet snorkeling meters from your room; Polite and helpful staff; Good value for money.

High volume Techno music up to 02:00 AM in one night; Proactive maintenance needs improvement: During our 5-nights stay, water flush in toilet had to be fixed repeatedly and they finally asked us to move to another room. Also the AC stopped cooling one night <it is hot in Sinai !> and gaz replacement took some 2 hours. Proactive maintenance could avoid both technical problems.

Room service team wasn’t that professional, items in the menu not available and room service team is not aware of the items available.

The interior and exterior design creates great atmosphere. The staff was very welcoming and did a great job, special thanks to the Spa team! The location and infrastructure is great, too. You’ve got all you need on the premises and the city is a 10min drive away. The nee hear party was awesome, and s pleasant surprise!

A few minor items needed maintenance (like the phone in the room), but it was all sorted out very quickly after we pointed it out. The meals were a bit repetitive but hey, we were there for two weeks and the New Year’s dinner was very diverse!

The staff was the best thing in this hotel. I HAVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD and no one had the same hospitality ever like this staff. I would recommend that this hotel put the best investment in its staff to maintain the same level. I loved the rooms 114 113 112 all of them were amazing. It was direct on the sea with the lagoona view absolutely recommended to get the sea view !

As it was low occupancy i guess the hotel didnt take good care of the salads. Several of us got slight stomach ache when we eat any salads. However the rest of the buffet was very good.
