I enjoyed the beach and the pool surroundings especially at night

I hope my review will be insightful for the hotel management . There were two people at the reception desk , one of them , Mohamed , had a fake welcoming smile and was not experienced enough to handle unexpected issues that might come up : I had a late pick up car , he should have asked us to wait in the hotel lounge and made us feel we were still welcome at the hotel after checkout time ; which would have made me feel at ease and less stressed The other person , Ashraf , did not always smile but he always made sure that we were happy and our needs were met

Everything else was great except the group from Alexandria Riders group.

There was a group of guests from the Alexandria Riders and they were extremely loud and noisy to the point of almost encouraging us to leave the hotel to any other hotel. After knowing that they are regular guests, we will surely ask next time we want to book in case they coincide with our dates to book at another hotel for my family. Also the hotel needs maintenance.

I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to the entire hotel staff for making our holiday stay truly memorable. The prompt and courteous responses from all teams, e.g, the housekeeping, reception, restaurant, and the beach service teams, they made all the difference. A special thank you to the gardeners for keeping the hotel’s green spaces vibrant and beautifully maintained. The high-quality breakfast and dinner were a delight every day. Every member of the staff was polite, friendly, respectful of our privacy, and always cooperative. I especially appreciated the warm greetings and smiles that greeted us each time we passed by. My kids felt safe and secure, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you once again for your exceptional service. We look forward to returning in the future.

If I could make one suggestion, it would be to separate the single beds in the room. Keeping them stuck together somewhat defeats the purpose of having single beds. Also, it would be helpful to have animation team.

Excellent Hotel team with friendly, welcoming and caring service staff. A lot of key staff members are working in the hotel for many years. We met several guests which are coming back regularly. Views from the 1st floor Sea side rooms are exceptional. Rooms are very clean. Air condition in the room is is well set. Every day there is a free bottle of water in the fridge. Breakfast is very rich. Coffee from the machine tastes very well. Every evening a different dinner theme mixed with local Egyptian food. Drinks and food which you take off half board are reasonably priced. There are a large number of front mere beach sun loungers. Maybe because we were a bit off-season. Directly at the Hotel beach there is a WindSurf Center. We took lessons there and can also recommend this. The hotel is ideal for windsurfers. It is probably difficult to get a better location and price-Value deal for a Windsurf vacation than in Swiss Inn. Kitesurfers, however, have to beach walk from the Hotel about 15 Minutes to the Kite center at the Lagoon where Kiters are allowed to start.

The Orange juice at the breakfast which was not freshly pressed. This is rather a detail and beside this, there is hardly anything else which we could criticize.

This is our 3rd stay at the swiss inn. We love it. It is the perfect mix of a bit of luxury with beautiful mature green gardens and a friendly, warm, relaxing feel. The attention to detail from all the staff is really high everyone is warm, helpful and professional. special mention to Ekramy super nice to see him again, but also others we know and new people we met for the first time. Didn't get to meet chef Ali who made the best om Ali we ever tasted so please thank him. The food is always of a really high standard fresh, varied yummy and we love lunch at the pavillion restaraunt. Thankyou again, we look forward to our next visit.

Staff were amazing thanks to Mr. Ashraf at the reception who made sure not to keep me waiting for the room to be ready even though I arrived at the hotel at 4am. Thanks to Karim and Fahem at the beach bar for the prompt good service. Thanks to Ahmed and Mohamed and all the people I forgot to mention. You were the best thing about my stay. Food was very good with variety every day. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast and lunch open buffet. Thanks to all the staff at Al Khaima who made sure that i enjoyed my meals.

There is only one bar at the hotel which is located at the beach. If you are to use the swimming pool and wanted a cocktail, you will need to go to the beach to get it. Even though it was an all inclusive stay, the hotel had a system where the guest needed to sign a $0 bill every time I ordered a beer or a bottle of water. Unnecessary little inconvenient.

I recently stayed at the Swiss Inn Dahab hotel and had an exceptional experience. The arrival process was seamless, and the staff were excellent and very helpful. The parking team demonstrated professionalism, and the front office staff were well-trained and knowledgeable, particularly Adham, who managed our check-in efficiently and professionally. The bellman was responsive, quick, and professional. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-prepared. I noticed the housekeeping team was very polite and respectful, especially Mohamed, who consistently maintained the room's cleanliness. I deeply appreciate his honesty and commendable attitude. The beach team was helpful, though they were seldom available, possibly to ensure families' privacy, which I appreciated. We booked trips to Galoom and a desert safari, both of which were fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed by my children as well as some sea activities. Special thanks to Bob (Ahmed), who arranged these trips and understood our needs perfectly. The F&B service team was helpful and very polite. We enjoyed the themed nights on Thursday and Friday, which my family found delightful. However, there is room for improvement in the cuisine's taste, though the variety offered was very good. Overall, the property is well-managed and maintained, with services effectively overseen. Such excellence is a testament to the leadership's understanding and care for their guests. I am deeply grateful for creating a wonderful stay for us, making us feel at home and well-cared for. Thank you once again, Mohamed Hafez

I don’t have a negative points to highlight Property is well managed and maintained

The location was very good. We liked the service very much, all were very friendly. The resort was very well taken care of. Very tidy rooms. They even gave us food packages on arrival and departure. The transfers from and to the airport were taken comfortably taken care of by the resort reception at little cost. Room service was daily and very reliable. Room closet hat hotel safe and we had a fridge for food and drinks. Meals at the restaurant were diversified, healthy and tasty, lots of styles to choose from in the buffet. The beach of the hotel had a diving school and an own house reef with lots of interesting fish species for snorkeling or diving. Very recommendable, best resort in Dahab.

The air conditioning in the room was a bit loud.

The garden view room was a good size. The restaurant dinner was great, especially the oriental (Egyptian) night on Friday. The beach and lounge area is lovely, very private and the beach is clean. The staff are so friendly and the entertainment staff are so nice and informative. The fire show was amazing. The garden landscaping is done beautifully, pristine condition and well maintained. Great location, has a supermarket around the corner and a quick 10 min drive into town.

Aside from the dinners, I felt the breakfast was lacking. Same breakfast everyday but different dinners. Lunch was just okay, I think i would just get a taxi into town and have lunch along the Tourist walk. They have a poolside restaurant which serves better lunch options but you have to pay for this, even with all inclusive. Personally I think it's better to get half board and just buy lunch. The all inclusive mocktails were just okay, and bar snacks they only put out once. So if its gone they don't refill or top it up. The juices as part of all inclusive are like squash or from concentrate, but they can give you fresh juices like mango juice if you pay for it. I feel it should be included in the all inclusive..

property is good and clean

i have a very serious concern . i know the investors are swedish but you have to respect my own culture . WHY YOU REMOVED SHATAFA FROM BATHROOMS ? . This is actually will make me think twice before i get back to the hotel . Please respect our needs i think the main core of hotels is to make you comfortable like you are in your home . Please put this in your mind so many people will find this super annoying.
