We had the pleasure of staying at the hotel and were treated with such courtesy from the moment we arrived at reception, when Kerolos attentively informed us about all procedures at the hotel, from the buffet service, where we had a contagious smile from Ibraim, the best omelets made by Abdul, and from the cleaning of our room made by Naisair (I don't know if the name is correct, we stayed in block 1, third floor and this employee always left our room spotless). Mohamed, sometimes at the reception and sometimes at the bar, made us the best caipiroscas. And Mohamed in the pool area made us the pizza, in the middle of the afternoon, always with a sweet and attentive smile. This hotel has everything you need for a dream holiday, from the service of the team, more than 9 restaurants and swimming pools, swimming pools also for children, diverse and incredible food. There is no lift, we were on the 3rd floor with a baby car and the floor was slippery and we needed to be careful when walking.

Workers in the restaurant are so nice and polite. The Syrian chef is amazing. Mr. Abdulrwhman is so polite and helpful.

Public bathrooms need more attention. Fresh juice is not available at all. Room service workers don’t put tissues unless requested and extra towels as well. For the first time, I didn’t have a fruit plate and snacks in my room as a welcome from the hotel.

We had a great time at this property. The room was spacious and very clean and the facilities were excellent. It's basically 3 different Pickalbatros properties side by side, and you can freely use all of the facilities of the whole 3 (pools, restaurants, bars, etc.). The food in the restaurants is very good and there's a lot of variety. Everyday there was something different. Service is also excellent. Every member of the staff seems to be genuinely concerned about making your stay as enjoyable as possible. On the very first day, I noticed that the handle to open the water in our shower was broken. As I was leaving my room the following morning, I mentioned it to a staff member. When I returned to my room later that day, the problem had already been solved.

The wifi throughout the property is really slow. You'll be able to send messages, but not much else. There is a free shuttle to the beach nearby, but once you get there, you'll notice that guests from the non-beach front properties can only use the far left side of the beach, where there's only rocks and a concrete pavement. As such, we couldn't sit on the beach chairs and keep an eye on our kids while they played in the water.

The hotel is very clean and comfortable , The staff in friendly and helpful The room is big and clean and they upgraded it free of charge with pool view The food in the three restaurants is good and tasty and they have many varieties

The show area is not good and can't fit all guests, especially they made one show for all three hotels All desserts in all resturants is very bad and they repeat it every day

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort in Hurghada with a group of friends, and I can confidently say it exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming helping us to settle in. The quality of the food was remarkable. Each meal was a delightful experience, with a diverse selection of dishes that catered to all tastes. Whether dining at the buffet restaurants or ala carte restaurants, we was consistently impressed by the freshness and flavour of everything offered. Special mention to Rajinder who served up delicious South Asian food at one of the ala carte restaurants. The facilities at the resort are top-notch. The pools are beautifully maintained and provide the perfect spot to relax and unwind. There’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for a fun family atmosphere or a quiet space to soak up the sun. The fitness centre was the best we’ve ever used at a resort or hotel. The spa also deserves a mention for their outstanding service and quality. Cleanliness throughout the resort was impeccable. I noticed the staff diligently maintaining all areas, ensuring that everything was spotless and welcoming. It truly added to the overall positive experience of our stay. Any minor issues we encountered were swiftly addressed by the manager, Mohammed, who went above and beyond to make sure every aspect of our stay was perfect. In summary, I highly recommend Pickalbatros Aqua Vista Resort for anyone looking for a fantastic vacation. With excellent service, delicious food, outstanding facilities, and a commitment to cleanliness, it’s a destination that truly delivers on its promises. We can’t wait to return!

The infrastructure of the hotel is huge with everything you can wish for. The staff is always taking care of the gardens and all the amenities, so everything is very well preserved and clean. You have access to a lot of restaurants and bars so the food and drink options are very wide.

The staff at the pool reserve chairs for some guests, I've been to a few hotels where guests wake up very early and do that, having the staff doing it is the first time I see and most certainly they are paid off by the guests. Think this is very annoying and unfair to the other guests. Even being on an all-inclusive the hotel tries to up-sell you stuff: popcorn, shisha, massages etc. which I think goes against the all-inclusive principle... The hotel is also not located next to the beach and has a shuttle every half an hour that takes you there. The beach itself was a deception, so we only went one time

Big room, accommodated my request for extra bed. Comfortable big bed. Access to multiple facilities and restaurants in three pickalbatros hotels. Aqua slides are fun. Kids pools are heated. Mostafa from room service gave a great service. Room cleaned every day. Food variety and selection is good.

Furniture is a bit run down, needing renovation. Mosqiutos having a field day with lack of proper management, Suggest to have zapper each room. pillows felt like a brick, was happily replaced by the service team. There was a slight leak in the bathroom but corrected Barrista coffee below average. dessert menu is unfortunately terrible and lacking authenticity - cake tasted like melted plastic. lack of authentic middle eastern sweets. beverages are below average - juices taste more like sugar and water. wifi disconnections every now and then. Noisy AC making night sleep a bit difficult;

Aqua park

Beach is not good at all, the beach bar is almost empty and you can’t even find a bottle of water . You can just take a plastic cup of water if you are thirsty. However there are a whole hotel for the same group ( albatross beach) but you cannot use it’s bar or Resturant or even it’s peach . Which is considered as offensive to other albatross hotel guests . On the contrary when you are at Aquavista , aqua blue or albatross aqua park hotel . You can use any restaurant or Bar of them whenever you want. So strange hotel policy in my opinion

Variety of the pools and their size was amazing. Variety and taste of the food in breakfast, lunch and dinner is superb and i couldn't think of something that I couldn't find. Special thanks to Chef Ahmed Amer and Chef Kazim. All staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Khaled Gamal who helped a lot. The idea of the elevator for the aqua park is exceptional. I wouldn't try the aqua these many times if there wasn't an elevator.

Depth of the pools is not super great. Most of them is 125 cm or in that range and only one is 175 cm which was relatively small in width. It would be better if there were more pools with more depth.
