The property is indeed all inclusive. It has all activities you would like for a family. More importantly the team is very professional and provides excellent customer service. Mr. Bahi was very professional and went the extra mile to assist. The room is spacious. Food is spectacular. We enjoyed the visit to this hotel.

The hotel facilities were just as I had heard—more modern and sophisticated compared to other hotels in the area. The expansive grounds and variety of dining options were impressive. Despite it being a busy holiday season in December, most of the staff, particularly Mr. Ali, who contacted us prior to our stay, provided friendly and excellent service. That said, the majority of the staff we encountered around the resort were kind and well-trained to offer assistance. The Gala dinner event organized by the hotel on 31/Dec was a delightful way for my family to celebrate the New Year alongside guests from various nationalities. We also dined at the outdoor BBQ restaurant, where the meat was well-grilled with a rich smoky flavor. Most of the food at the hotel restaurants was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Hurghada in the future

However, the service at Yades Greek Restaurant, which we visited close to its 5 PM closing time, felt slightly below the standard compared to other venues. The cocktails had either too little alcohol or lacked distinctive flavors. So I would recommend trying the local beers instead.

The level of service exceeded our expectations. The staff was consistently attentive, fast, incredibly friendly, and showed a genuine love for children. They had an uncanny ability to anticipate our needs - sometimes before we even voiced them. A special mention must be made of our personal butler, Mina, whose attentiveness and dedication were quite remarkable. He ensured that every detail of our stay was perfect, and who was always going the extra mile. Regarding the housekeeping, supervisor Aziz deserves our deepest gratitude for his generosity and prompt attention to requests we had regarding our room. Our housekeeper was very kind and attentive as well.Their efforts elevated our experiences. We felt not just welcomed, but somehow at home with dear friends who were striving to go above and beyond. Finally, we left this beautiful place with a heavy heart but also with a strong desire to come back as soon as possible.

We were not particularly fond of the sometimes overly loud music during special events at the pool or beach area. A slightly lower volume would have made the entire event experience much more enjoyable. In the hotel rooms, however, it was quiet. The pillows were too firm and high, but that likely depends on personal preference. While the food in the various hotel restaurants was consistently good, there were a few moments when side dishes, such as salads, didn’t look very fresh - perhaps due to the extremely hot weather… However, overall, everything else was excellent.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the wonderful stay at your hotel. Special thanks go to Butler Mina — his professionalism and love for his work made our stay truly comfortable. He is always ready to assist and resolve any issue, which is greatly appreciated. I would also like to highlight the bartenders at Posh Lounge, Mohamed and Jamal — these guys truly put in the effort, and their attention and hard work don’t go unnoticed. Additionally, the young lady at Posh Lounge with her incredibly beautiful eyes and genuine smile creates an atmosphere of warmth and joy. One small suggestion: it would be great to have piles of blankets near the restaurants — in windy weather, they would be much appreciated. Overall, the hotel left an exceptionally positive impression. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a true getaway. Thank you for everything!

Honestly the whole experience was wonderful, the food, property, and beach were superb! What really made this property stand out though was the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was unbelievably nice and polite, we genuinely felt like we stayed with family and not on a resort. From the moment that we booked our vacation we were contacted by Mina and he made sure everything was taken care of , from special occasions to dinner every night, he made sure to give us an unforgettable experience! Once on the resort we met another three amazing people who we feel are now like family! Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda treated my wife and children in the kindest manner, my wife and children literally cried when we were leaving. We highly recommend this resort, the activities, rooms, food, and amenities make it a must stay! But, as I stated before, from the management to the cleaning crew, this staff is what makes this resort stand out! After staying at several resorts in Hurgadah, I can unequivocally say this one is hands down the best. Especially when you have staff members like Mina, Khalil, Sayed, and Shahanda! A must stay, very highly recommended!

Nothing, everything was excellent!

A good, clean hotel, focused on European clients. High level of security and service. The animation is unobtrusive, I liked the evening shows, especially Cleopatra, live music. The New Year's party was well organized, there were various dishes, music, shows. I really liked the grill restaurant. Nice spa, prices are not low, but there are a variety of offers.

The choice of dishes on the buffet was a bit monotonous. No Wi-Fi in the room. The waiters in the restaurant had a strange attitude, they took the order and communicated only through my husband, although I also know the language. If I was sitting alone, no one came up to me at all. The New Year's party was great, but short.

We loved the hotel property, it is very green and well-maintained, the animation was various and staff in general were all very very friendly. The food choice was great, the quality of service at the restaurant was exceptional.

The sea water was not very clean but I guess it’s due to the bay itself. Sometimes there was a very loud music at the beach at 15:30, a bit difficult with a small baby sleeping in the afternoon. No elevators for rooms at 2 and 3 floor, not comfortable for people with small children or with disabilities.

Everything was super great!! In reception already start warmly and homely, Mr. Ali every day asked if everything was okay and I felt cared myself 🥰 The room and shower room too, were very clean and beautiful, overlooking the sea, with a large balcony. Here was the very care and friendly Mr. Aziz. Fruits, sweets, nuts and wine were brought into the room 😇 Soft drinks are a good choice in the frige. Animation were friendly and nice young people. Every night was a great show! And the meal in the restaurant was so tasty and versatile!! Even too good! 😋🥰 SUPER HOTEL IN HURGHADA 🌞👍👌 I dare to recommend to everyone!

This year’s stay at the Sunrise Crystal Bay was almost flawless once again. We arrived in the morning and - thanks to our room category - the hotel provided a complimentary airport transfer, which went smoothly. Our charming butler Mina warmly greeted us upon arrival. Check-in took less than five minutes and we were able to head (chauffeur service again 😉) to our room immediately. To our surprise, we received an upgrade to a half pool villa (a pool villa divided into two units where the garden, pool, and cabana are shared with neighbors). Once again, our gratitude goes to the entire Posh Club team, who fulfilled every wish before we even expressed it. This incredible team including Mr. Walid, Shahenda, Sayed, Ahmed and other charming team members embodies attentive yet wonderfully relaxed hospitality. A special thanks to our butler Mina, whose cheerful demeanor and lightning-fast service made every wish come true. The housekeeping team, with Ali, pampered us with countless treats and a well-stocked fridge throughout our stay. The food selection in the main restaurant is still outstanding and the many specialty restaurants bring plenty of dining variety. The weekly Posh Club night is sensational. The entire property is wonderfully clean and well-maintained and all staff are exceptionally friendly. Our only critique would be the intense, constant background music that starts early in the morning and can’t be escaped, as the private garden and terrace as well as the beach are all covered. Nevertheless, we wholeheartedly recommend this fantastic hotel.

We found the continuous background music at a fairly noticeable volume throughout the entire Posh Club area quite disruptive. We would have preferred the natural sounds of ocean waves and rustling palm leaves as our backdrop.

Amazing hotel .amazing beach . Food is marvellous with different restaurants, and each one represents different cuisine ( Egyptian, Turkish,indian , greek........) beside the main restaurant . The Turkish restaurant is amazing one you choose the type of meat you like and they grill it fresh for you on spot . You can enjoy walking by the beach in 3 hotels linked to each other reporting to sunrise hotels chain. The marina in sunrise beach garden is a picturesque promenade . The beach is like a small lake so it's completely safe for people who can't swim , with deep water for swimmers . Different beaches with different vibes are available . The hotel has great chefs that made all the restaurants is a great picnic that worth every penny . By the way They offer a private beach for suite reservation

I am an espresso & cappuccino person , without them i am in headache , unfortunately the coffee in the hotel is horrible . Very bad quality which is questionable for five stars hotel , the lobby cafe ...the other restaurants they all offer a horrible cappuccino and espresso you have to buy your coffee from outside or don't book here . Another comment : all the trees are cut to the minimum so no green shades while the trees can offer shade, picturesque view that will enrich guest experience while the linked hotels have long and old trees that offer fresh air and shades in hot weather we experience
