The staff was incredibly nice, the place itself was very beautiful, the pools, the beach, everything is very spacious and never feels empty or crowded. The food was also excellent and is available at all times. All three bars make cocktails and coffee at almost all hours. Overall, it is a very beautiful place with kind, helpul staff and everything you could wish for in a nice, relaxing and fun vacation. We would especially like to thank Mr. Ibrahim from the reception, who made sure that we had everything we needed or wanted and went out of his way to secure us a last minute reservation at the restourant for my birthday.

There is a lot of people constantly trying to sell something and it gets a bit annoying after a while.

I recently stayed at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort in Hurghada, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. The hotel was absolutely stunning, with its beautiful decor, luxurious amenities, and pristine grounds. But what really made my stay memorable was the fantastic service I received from the staff. First and foremost, I would like to commend Ali at reception for his exceptional service. He was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making sure that my family had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our requests were met, and he did so with a friendly smile and positive attitude. We also had the pleasure of meeting Michael the bartender near reception and the rest of the team who was not only skilled in crafting delicious drinks but also incredibly personable and fun to chat with. They made my time at the hotel's bar a highlight of my trip. Also we was taught how to make the incredible Hibiscus tea. Diaa was another staff member who made my stay unforgettable. When my family member realised that they had lost their purse, phone and money in an Uber on the first day of our trip, he went out of his way to help us track it down and retrieve it. His kindness and dedication to ensuring that we had a hassle-free experience was truly appreciated. The service in the blue lounge restaurant was also outstanding. The staff was attentive and friendly, and the food was delicious. I always felt well taken care of. Aside from the exceptional service, I was also impressed by how clean the resort was. Everywhere I looked, I saw staff members working hard to maintain the hotel's immaculate appearance. Last but not least, the staff at the Pickalbatros Blu Spa Resort were all incredibly friendly. Whether I was walking through the lobby or lounging by the pool, I was always greeted with a smile and a warm hello. It was this personal touch that made me feel right at home and made my stay at the hotel truly unforgettable.

The staff were amazing. The Excecutive chef and the Indian chefs were great at managing my dietary needs . The reception manager Sayeed accommodated a room change with the greatest of politeness and no fuss. The food managers were amazing too. It was great to see the assistant General manager and general manager on site every day and talking to all the guests.

The smoking policy. It was an irritant that people were able yo smoke anywhere outside .it wld have been better if 1 area outside cld have been made available for smokers allowing the rest of the guests to enjoy a smoke free environment

We really liked how clean our room and the overall hotel was. There wasn't a thing we didn't see get cleaned. The roofs, windows, floor, beach umbrella stands, etc. The staff was very nice and always helpful. The activities by animation were great. We had a pool party, foam party, fire show, etc. The food was great too. I was very afraid all the food would taste like a cheap imitation of the real thing. But even chicken or burgers were up to restaurant quality!

We booked a sea view room. But you could only see the sea when you got on your balcony and looked to the right. I was expecting a genuine sea view from your room and right in front of you. Had I known this I wouldn't have booked a sea view room (see photo). That was the only reason it wasn't 100% value for money I also didn't like the people walking around trying to sell their services while you're relaxing at a pool. I didn't want a spa, camel ride or quad safari. I just wanted to relax by the pool.

Everything about this resort was exeptional - from the staff, facilities, food, service , programs... you name it! We had an amazing and relaxing stay here. Staff was very polite and organized (even in the high temparatures during the day). There was no loud music during the day so you colud really chill by the pool and enjoy a book. Every night they organize very engaging and interesting program so you never feel bored. This is the place we would definetily come back.

I wouldn't say this is negative point but in the rooms there is a very nice smart TV that is not connected to the internet so you won't be able to watch any of the streaming platforms. At the end we really didn't needed this TV at all.

Perfect new hotel, very friendly staff, front office, F&b Food was perfect for me, for my partner it was average. Good food quality, clean room , good tv size. One of the best F&B + Front office teams i have ever seen Especial thanks to Mr. Saber F&B manager and front office Manager.

SPA, very unprofessional staff, although it's beatiful place. very bad attitude , they were making fun of the guest including my slef, they didn't relilze that i speak arabic. If you are aming to a hotel especially for the spa , i wouldn't recommend this one. Very bad WIFI signal.

New hotel. super clean. All the staff was very friendly and attentive. I would like to mention Neama, the pastry chef/baker in the main restaurant who was always smiling and made the best croissants! Also, very impressed by the manager Sayed, who provided exceptional service and was extremely attentive. Romany, our waiter for most of our meals, was always quick to get our drinks and clear our dishes, always with a smile on his face. And Michael in the lobby bar was always so welcoming. The people working here are wonderful!

We didn’t like that they had staff walking around the pool area trying to sell spa services and excursions. We were interrupted 5-6 times per day by these staff members whose job it was to sell services to the guests. Also, we noticed that all the staff were all men except for two women (Neama and another woman) who worked in the restaurant making food. Front desk, waiters, life guards, bartenders, all cleaning staff - all men! Would be nice if the hotel provided more jobs for women. Also didn’t like that the daily evening entertainment had super loud music going until 10:30/11pm. We were in bed by 9 and had to use ear plugs to try to fall asleep.

10/10 is well deserved, and not something we usually award. The Hotel was new and very good, with plenty of sun-beds and sun shades (which were needed in the Egyptian heat of the day). The staff really were excellent, friendly, efficient and accommodating. The food was good, some reviews berated the food but we found plenty of choice and certainly didn't go hungry. In addition the all-inclusive drinks package had plenty of options, and there was always staff on hand to deliver the drinks to your sun-bed or table.

The beach is a little crowded but there are privacy screens between the sun-beds. Other than that there was nothing else not to like.

Location, staff's availability to solve any question, location, food.

Not the hotel's fault but the hotel was packed with (always) drunk russian people who were loud, kept bothering other guests and treating badly the staff.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The food was great, it was possible to eat at any time. I am sure everyone can find something delicious they like. Furthermore the rooms are spacious and very clean. European 5 star standard. The service was extraordinary. Best service I have seen. The pools are also very big and nice. Also direct contact to manager during the stay.

Just small details: The animators were a little bit annoying with their shouting and being pushy to buy tombola tickets. Also often people from Spa/Diving and Safari ask you to buy something at the beach. Maybe some Flags: ,,Do not disturb’’ would be nice. In addition there is a really beautiful Spa and I planned to get some treatments but the prices are all obnoxiously high.
