-I really liked the overall experience. -Staff was super friendly and helpful all the time -Large variety of food (not everything suits my european stomach, but overall good). -Clean rooms, clean hotel. -Beach very near. -Lot of facilities: bars, minigolf, playground, spa, waterpark for kids -For kids: every day facepainting and mini disco is super cool 🥰 -If travelling as a family with smaller kids: this hotel is excellent choice!

-The evening entertainment show was way too loud in my opinion. Especially when kids are there, the speakers shouldn’t be that loud. (I think it disturbs those who are in front of the stage and those who try to sleep in their rooms.) -Once we left on the door “do not disturb”, but surprisingly they entered the room and clean again when not asked (it disturbs my privacy) -Animation team for kids on stage in the evening could try to smile a bit

The pools are very big and heated in February which is an amazing treat. The beach is a few steps from the rooms. The staff is generally very nice. The resort is very big and well maintained, the common grounds are cleaned every morning. The buffet is ok considering that there are 470+ rooms in the resort. It's difficult to prepare quality food for this amount of people. The wow restaurant (à la carte) is a nice escape from the buffet. We were in the Royal Suite Sea View with Jaccuzzi: the rooms is enormous and has everything one needs. Very nice sea view.

The gym definitely needs a makeover, old machines and small space. There are too many boats parked in front of the hotel - not right in front but they are very visible. We were in the Royal Suite Sea View with Jaccuzzi: the terrace is enormous but not usable because there is a generator right next to it, it is very noisy.

This was a perfect holiday with the family. The resort and activities were perfectly tailored for the kids to enjoy themselves and I loved it.

I wish the non-alcoholic drink options were better. There was only fresh orange juice available at breakfast, but no other fresh drinks at any other time of the day which was a shame as it would have been great to enjoy some more fresh fruit drinks

This is really a gem of a hotel. We have travelled extensivelly and even for Dubai standards this is an amazing hotel. The place is clean and very nice in terms of decor and facilities, rooms are big and have a seaview, many pools (including 4 for children) and entertainment options for children and adults. The grounds are well looked after, people planting plants every day, cleaning, checking the pools, etc. The food was amazing, great quality taste and a lot of variety. Great entertainment programme every night, my child loved to have dessert outside watching the show. The best for us was the staff, they couldnt do enough for us and we are very grateful. Thanks to everyone that works here. We had an amazing stay and will definitely reccommend to friends and family, and come back in the future. Thanks to MogibHussien, assistant general manager for following up with us and making and effort to make sure our stay was flawless.

The hotel and the grounds are amazing, really well maintained and you have so much choice in terms of the pools and restaurants. The staff are so polite and helpful, they will go out of their way to serve you and make sure you have everything you need. Always with a smile too! The heated pools were perfect as we came during the Christmas holidays. The beach area is also amazing we spent most of our time there it was well maintained and the stretch of sea was stunning. For Christmas Eve they had a marquee and entertainment it was spectacular they organised it to perfection and the venue was designed so beautifully it didn’t even look like a marquee. They put so much effort into it we would highly recommend staying here!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The food was great, the staff were super friendly and the entertainment was great for the kids, the fire show was excellent and the animation team were very friendly. My children - 6 and 4 years old loved the pools and beach. Everything is easy to access in this resort making it an easy holiday. My son has multiple allergies - nuts, sesame, milk and eggs and the super were excellent in accommodating for this.

Some of the pools were initially cold, they heated them during our visit following which the kids had a fab time in. The animation team were not always clear on the schedule for the day but were overall fab!! The gym is not great. The excursions offered are hit and miss, there is always an add on and prices vary a lot. I would advice speaking to the animation team before booking anything.

I had an unforgettable experience at Pickalbatros White Beach. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, making us feel right at home. The accommodations were comfortable, spotless, and offered stunning views of the beach. One detail I particularly appreciated was how the resort maintained cleanliness - the tables/chairs in the restaurants were cleaned with water and soap, which really stood out to me. It’s clear that they prioritize hygiene and guest comfort. I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Travelled as a family of five with young children. The hotel was exceptional, lots of activities for the children, great animation team, various options of swimming pools, which was great for swimmers and non-swimmers. Diverse selection of food at all times, infact, the options are so much you can always find something to suit you. Excellent location, less than 10minutes from the international airport. Exceptional front of house management, especially Sherif. He was fantastic and always ready to assist. The whole hotel staff were brilliant, polite, always greeting us with a smile and always ready to help. The restaurant staff were absolutely amazing and excellent. By day 2 of our stay, they had memorised the drinks we all loved to have at meal times and they would always come ready with our drinks. The children particularly loved this so thank you! The animation team were excellent, we particularly enjoyed the fire show at the beach party. Our room and views were superb!

I did not like the fact that people were able to smoke/vape during the evening activities for children. The hotel could do with better management of when and where people are allowed to smoke so create more non-smoking areas especially in this day and age when everyone knows that smoking is bad for you, how much more the little lungs of young children.

Staff were incredible, always on hand to help and fantastic with the children. Hotel was really well looked after and kept immaculate throughout, really impressed. Pools were great with lifeguards and staff around all the time so felt really safe and no issues with sunbeds. Entertainment was also great. Spa was also fantastic and worth a visit.

Would have been great if they served milkshakes and whilst you could get ice cream it wasn't the nicest. Alcoholic drinks were also not the nicest. There is also a huge selection of food but it wasn't for my taste. For a hotel of this size the gym was pretty poor, little equipment and relatively small.

Great property, the staff cannot do more for you and are extremely helpful. The food and entertainment were great and the hotel features were first class
