Our trip to Siva Grand Hotel was amazing. The staff was warm, and the hotel easy to navigate. The buffet area is luxurious, and the beach is stunning with sparkling blue waters and a beautiful pier. The pool area offers snacks, drinks, music, and activities. The food options were plentiful, and the all-inclusive package covered everything. The animation team was fantastic. They do their best to make sure you don’t feel bored and keep the atmosphere alive and active. They’ll try to get you to participate in activities, so don’t worry if you’re shy—they’ll find you! There’s a wide range of activities planned throughout the day, from morning to evening, and probably even into the next morning. These guys just don’t stop. The staff at the hotel are kind, friendly, They never ask for tips or make you feel bad if you don’t give one. They serve you drinks everywhere, greet you with a smile, and are always ready to help if needed. The rooms are always cleaned. And now, the best part… Mr. Tallal. He is the best manager I have ever seen in my life. Period. He’s not just a manager of this hotel—he is so much more. He is the soul of this place and truly feels like a friend. He cared for us and helped us more than my own relatives would 😆😆! He was always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy during our trip. He’s like a good friend who is always there to help. He went far beyond what anyone would expect from a hotel manager. If this is a four-star hotel, then Tallal makes it a five-star. By the end of our trip, he had become a true friend. He and the restaurant manager, Reda, helped us create the perfect proposal moment and engagement party. They planned everything—our favorite song, decorations, flowers, photoshoot, live violin, champagne, and amazing food—all during a sunset on the beach. Both my fiancée and I were in tears. Had an amazing stay with my family at Siva Grand Beach. I really don’t understand certain mean reviews. Everything was perfect and the staff goes beyond and above to make you feel happy and special and this is priceless! Our favourites were: 1-Staff welcoming (specially Mohammed at Reception), generosity and customer service, 2-Delicious food, specially salads and Gaucho meat 3- Beautiful grounds with lots of trees 🙏 4-Room with lovely views 5-Location near city centre 6-Activity & shows

Bathroom could be improved and the use of plastic cups changed to paper/ reusable cups.

The welcoming from the staff was good and they gave full info about the facilities of the resort. Room location was very good with a nice view on the pool, it was comfy & clean. Mr. Reda from the resort staff is the best, he was following with us if we need anything and he was very helpful all the time. All the staff were so friendly. They gave us a free dinner at the steak house as a compliment from Booking which was delicious and nice. Animation team are so energetic and made our stay more fun with activities along the day. Restaurants food is very nice, I have informed them that I have allergy from dairy and they were helpful in making sure that I have dairy free food. Sea is good and clean.

Pool is not heated

I really liked the attitude of the staff to people, very pleasant and at the same time not intrusive. Special thanks to manager Reda, a professional. Very attentive, constantly interested in whether there were any problems. I also really liked the food, it was varied and tasty.

The location is fantastic as is the beach. There is always something going on each day. We have had a brilliant time and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Egypt. Food is plentiful throughout the day and there are so many choices. You won’t go hungry! It is also delicious. Best of all is the attention you get from the staff. Mr Talal in particular has been absolutely brilliant and has checked up on us each day to make sure everything is fine. The bar staff work extremely hard and thanks in particular to Elsaher Can’t fault this hotel at all. Give it a try

Hotel location is great and good food options. The resort caters mostly to European German clients. The staff were not so friendly towards non Europeans specially non German speaking guests except for Mr Reda A Elbadea. He was exceptional and really ensured the guests were taken care of.

Staff were not attentive to non European guests and the property is a bit old.

The location of the hotel, it’s close everywhere, shops and pharmacies are nearby, restaurants and souvenirs shops. First impression when we check in, there was no problem for a late check in, we even ate the late dinner, room was very clean and tidy, amazing view for the pool :) Our manager Mohamed Tallal was making sure we are happy and he was always there for us if we had a problem, everyday he greet us and asked if we okay, always smiling, he even made me a surprise for my birthday which was so nice of him :) He is an amazing person and we will definitely come back to Egypt even just to see him! Trips from a hotel was also unforgettable, staff helped us to get a safari trip and diving. Nothing to worry about staff took care of everything, reassuring us. Our room was cleaned daily, cleaning staff always saying hello and smiling asking if we need our room clean :) You cannot be bored in the hotel, there was different activities everyday, stretching and yoga outside, music near the pool, animations in the evening. Kitchen and bars staff were always making sure we are having a good time, drinks were good and food was tasty, a looot of food to choose from, in every restaurant, something for everyone. Overall we are more than very happy with our experience in Siva Grand Hotel, amazing people all around, helpful and friendly staff, rooms clean and tidy, drinks and food excellent. We will definitely come back here!

Wifi works just in the lobby area not in the rooms, but it is not a big problem for us as we spent more time outside.

Siva Grand is simply amazing.. it combines all the features that will make you spend an excellent vacation. Starting with the very friendly and helpful front office team especially Mr. Mina and Mr. Mohamed Ali. And Mr. Mohamed Abdel Aziz the FB manager who spare no effort to make our stay exceptional. The location is more than perfect in the city centre having all what you need around. The beach is sandy and clean. The pool is very nice. The food is tasty. The animation team is very active and friendly. The hotel facilities are numerous and makes our vacation very comphy. It's a very good value for money. I recommend it for sure and it will not be my last visit.

Nothing All is perfect.

This was exceptional stay.This was an excellent experience. First time all inclusive programme and we enjoyed it very very much from the start to the end. Mina Sharl Zaki is the perfect receptionist. In all my years of traveling have not met a person like him...kind, humorous, helpful, speaking numerous languages, when you speak to him, you feel so secure. Then he introduced Mr.Mohamed Tallal to us and he took care of all our requirements and answer any questions that we had during our stay. We chose the all inclusive programme and enjoyed every bit of it. You get variety of food choices during the whole day. We were not able to try all. The bed in the room was very comfortable. Music at the pool gives a good atmosphere. It was pretty windy (November 24 degrees C) so take layers with you. On the sun is very hot but as soon as the sun goes down (around 4 p.m.) gets cold. The massage is extra to pay but it is worth every euro. So we took the package of four days in a row and it we got a very affordable price. There were two ladies Sahar and Alya, who really know their job, they were just amazing. The coctails are made from local alcohol and some were not as good as at home but beer we like a lot. Hotel is not very big so you quickly come from the room to the beach and restaurants. There are shops in the hotel and not expensive. The entertainment programme was great, every day something different. We also ordered the private boat trip for four hours, they took us to snorkeling points....worth every second of it....and the sea water at the reefs was warmer than at the hotel.....snd lots of fish... the hotel was a top choice and would come again here!

Should be a couple of more towels in the room but we asked for them and got them.

We had a great New Year’s Eve in Siva Grand Beach. Food was good and the staff was nice and friendly overall, especially Mins from reception was amazing and helped us a lot.

Worst animation we ever had in a hotel. No activities at all, felt like a retirement home.
