This is our second visit to this incredibly welcoming hotel.  This is a well established family-run property, and the owner Mr Emad goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special.  We were VERY happy visiting again, and can't thank Mr Emad enough for such a wonderful experience!  We stayed both in a budget room and a suite, and they all felt comfortable, super clean, safe, with beautiful sea views and many attention to detail to make your stay super enjoyable.  The bed was the most comfortable, linen and towels were super clean, the entire place was fresh and nice.  A generous collection of complimentary teas and coffees are provided in the room, along with an electric tea pot, cups, spoons and even a small fridge.  An optional breakfast had the most satisfying variety of items you could imagine - we have never stayed in a place that was so generous with so many options!  This hotel and Mr Emad are a true example of the highest standard of hospitality and honesty, and we truly believe this is the BEST choice of accommodation in Marsa Matruh!  

This hotel is absolutely amazing, and I am more than willing to give it the highest praise! We came to this city by car, but when we were about to check out, our car’s system and battery seemed to have some issues, and we couldn’t start it. We reached out to the owner for help, and not only did he step in to assist, but he also called his friends to help fix the car together. Thanks to their collective effort, the car was successfully repaired. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. From the moment we arrived, the owner made us feel warmly welcomed. On our first day, he gave us detailed recommendations for local restaurants and attractions, which turned out to be excellent. He even shared his WeChat contact with us, and later, he sent us stunning sunset photos taken from the hotel rooftop—such a thoughtful gesture! When we checked out, he even gave us a small souvenir with a beautiful meaning, which touched us deeply. The breakfast served at the hotel was also incredibly delicious and satisfying. His English is excellent, making communication very smooth. The hotel itself is spotless, with a fantastic location that is convenient for exploring the area. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and every detail of our stay was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The combination of a great environment, superb hospitality, and the owner’s genuine care and assistance made this an unforgettable experience. If I ever return to this city, I will definitely stay here again!

The receptionist/manager was amazing. So kind and extra helpful. He went above and beyond for us — helped us to cross the street to the ATM, arranged a driver to take us for a quick tour of Cleopatra Beach and the Sea Eye and had the foresight to also arrange for the driver to take us to the bus station afterwards to catch our bus. He made us feel very safe and comfortable and everything was so easy. The breakfast was very generous and plentiful

The room was quite noisy, as we were right by the busy street. To be fair, we were given the option of which room we wanted and we chose that one without considering the noise factor so that’s probably our fault! The room was quite small for two people, not a lot of space for luggage but we made it work. The shower water splashed all over the bathroom floor. But it’s a very affordable hotel with very attentive and kind staff

The view from my room was amazing, the staff were very friendly and helpful (lots of great recommendations for things to do and good restaurants), the beds were comfortable, the rooms clean, the water pressure strong and the water hot. It felt like luxury.

Only downside, there was some wedding DJ or something that played music nearby the hotel every night. But aside from that, it was great. But apparently I didn't mind that much, because I chose to stay here again on my way back from Siwa. I stayed on my way to Siwa, and on my way back from Siwa. Would stay again!

Mr emad gave me so many great recommendations of travelinng in Matrouh, it saved my time, and i had a great experience in matrouh. The hotel location is beside the main road of matrouh. It has cheap but good breakfast. The staff were so polite and professional. My room has great light and air. And i like the little gift from Mr emad, a key chain, very lovely

No beach? Just kidding. The hot water is not that enough. The fridge can be a little noisy when it's working

The room was clean, and the entire staff was extremely helpful. Emad was the absolute best! He is the best source of information on the city, and overall the sweetest person. He is willing to help you with anything you need. During my stay, he even organized a free bus tour of the important sites in Marsa Matrouh. I’m not sure if he does this often, but Emad definitely will go the extra mile for his visitors. Book this place if you are looking fro a quiet, clean, and welcoming atmosphere in Matrouh.

I loved it all.

1. The owner and staff are amazing and always available. 2. The suite was fully functional, clean and comfortable and they came to clean every day. 3. The location is great. 4. Offering free bicycles was definitely a huge plus. Wish all hotels did the same. 5. They invited us for a great breakfast.

1. The internet is decent, but since I work online, the several interruptions to the internet were a bit annoying as they interrupted the flow of my meetings. 2. The sofa can be much more comfortable. 3. They were kind to send my clothes to the laundry, but I think most of the clothes were not even washed.

Incredible hospitality by the owner Mr. Enad.  He genuinely cares about his guests to make sure they are happy and comfortable during the entire stay.  Lots of attention to detail is evident - our room was super clean with comfortable beds and pillows, wardrobe for clothes, mini-fridge, tea and coffee station (supplied with a wide varity of of coffee packets, teas, cups, electric pot), bathroom with liquid soap and individual shampoo packets, luxurious towels, excellent water pressure (hot and cold) and balcony with chairs along with sea views.  The complimentary WiFi was fast and reliable; optional breakfast had the largest varity of items to enjoy and served on the enclosed rooftop area (with elevator or stairs access) with sweeping sea views.  In addition - the owner speaks English fluently and is very knowledgeable about the area and practical matters, he also has a great sense of humour and is the best hotel owner we had a pleasure meeting.  We enjoyed our stay very much and will be returning to this wonderful hotel again for our second visit.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations (and I have stayed in many hotels with different price ranges around the world). Exceptionally helpful staff who helped us (me and my family of 4) organize transport, find restaurants and places of interest. The hotel is kept in a period style from the 50-60ies (I think), and is very well maintained (I really hope that this original style will be preserved in the future). The breakfast was sumptuous, with lots of food. The location is great, short walks to the seaside and the central parts of the town.

The staff was very friendly. They help you in such a nice manner wih your trip during and after your stay. Furthermore the location is perfect (with a nice sea-view); close to the beach and near downtown. In addition, my room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony. The bed was good with plenty of pillows and a nice matras. I would definitely recommend this place!

2 things could require some adjustments. First is the shower. The shower head is fairly low which makes it not very comfortable for people taller than 1.80 cm. Moreover, the shower sink does not flow sufficiently and the bathroom tends to get very wet due to a lacking shower curtain. Secondly, the breakfast is decent but not great and not subject to change, so I would not recommend daily usage, but overall no big worries.
