I had business every day at the American University of Cairo which was a mere 20-minute walk from the residence. Two very different malls were 10 and 15 minutes away, by foot. So, for my purposes, the residence was well situated. In addition, it was well-appointed and provided a good space to rest. The front desk team was unfailingly helpful on a number of occasions. I always felt well-protected and in a place where all my questions were welcomed. I hope to return to New Cairo City again, and when I do I will stay at Prime Residence.

It was clean

They took the towel after cleaning and didn’t replace them. We are couple and we didn’t like the fact that gave us a room next to the landlord floor. It was noisy we heard everything was going around us and every time we opened the door there was a person setting next to the door by the Landry room.

Staff very helpful especially Mr. Mustafa in the reception is very helpful and doing his best to make client comfortable. I like the location near to point 90 Mall. Clean place. I feels like home

The people on reception absolutely well behaved and nice. Neat and clean rooms. Well equipped kitchen and with washing machine.

A long distance from Cairo, it take about 30 to 45 mins in Uber to travel to Cairo for sightseeing. But new cairo where this property is, neat and clean and less congested, and Uber is relatively cheap so no problems. Just plan all in advance and rest all is fine.

This hotel is a very good option. I do recommend it to everyone. It is very clean, as pictured, Kitchen is furnished with all needed equipment to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is newly painted, stylish and very elegant. Very friendly and helpful staff. They are very welcoming and excited to give any help requested. We came to the city for medical reasons so we were staying in the apartment most of the time to take care of my grandmother. I was not able to leave her alone due to that reason. The hotel staff were very helpful in assisting with anything needed. We were not sure how long will we need to stay so we had to extend our stay without a prior notice and they were very gracious to make it happen. Thank you to your support. Mohammed Jamal was very kind and supportive. We were able to take the elevator to the basement level were the staff allowed the Uber to wait down there so that my grandmother won’t need to use the stairs since it is very challenging for her age.

The apartment was very clean with great facilities. Comfortable environment that makes you feel at home. The staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped place orders from the supermarket. All deliveries came straight to the door, including food, pharmacy, supermarket. Great location near Point 90 mall which is less than a 5 min walk away. 15-25 min Uber ride from most shopping malls and food centers. Overall it was a great stay. Would definitely recommend and will choose to stay there again.

First time staying here and it was a pleasant surprise! The property is perfect for short and long stays. The rooms are very clean and fully furnished which makes it very convenient. The location is very accessible and very close to alot of malls and restaurants and banks. The staff are there 24/7 to assist with anything we need. Special thanks to Mr. Moustafa and Mr. Mohamed in the front desk and all the house keeping and concierge staff.
