The hotel is amazing, staff are excellent, food is delicious we tried both breakfast and dinner, service is excellent especially Zainab and Hadeer, special thanks to them, we felt at home because of their welcoming attitude and kind service, staff at the reception were very welcoming and helpful as well

The only negative thing that it was located inside the airport and generally used for transit flights, you have to go through airport security checks (sometimes long waits) each time you’re heading back to the hotel. No groceries or any shops around by walking distance, you must always use a car (≈8 min ride) for anything you would need outside of the hotel.

I was a guest of your hotel since the hotel was under Movenpick name, I do love the hotel and location, not much change still I can feel the Movenpick touch everywhere, I can can advice the management and owner to look for full hotel renovation section by section in order to match the new hotels trend, your hotel have enough space to have the best hotel in Cairo as well your facilities it’s great but only need someone to look at it,, many thanks

The only one I don’t agreed with the parking for the in house guest why I have to pay while I’m hotel guest??? I was going outside to buy something they asked my you have to pay now!! I told him I’m. Hotel guest and I’m coming back they said no now you have to pay,, I did pay and they said your after the 24 hrs you will be charge for extra parking fees if you don’t leave before the 24hrs,,

After the dirt and noise and greed in the streets of Cairo, arriving in the hotel feels like landing on a beautiful island. Mariam and Ibrahim at the reception were exceptionally welcoming. The food in the restaurant is good, WLAN works everywhere.

Quite pricey. Two things to management: Tell your maids they are not at home. When you have a room opposite one of the staff rooms, your morning is screwed. It’s so loud that it feels like you’re in the middle of a souk. And if you really want to save water and energy, start with the towels. 2m x 1m bathroom towels are pure waste.

The staffs are good and helpful Sara at reception and Malak at the Asian Restaurant. Another lady at buffet area named Mai was good in customer service. Food quality and taste needs to be worked upon.

Minibar - even after not consuming we were asked that a chocolate and Cola is missing. We ensured that we did not consume. But if we have consumed we will let you know nothing to hide. 100 LE will not make a difference for a client when they are paying 6000 LE per night. Better you remove minibar and charge if someone order for it. It does not make sense to add and then cross check.

The hotel was very nice and the facilities are modern. The food from room service is cheap. I liked the Butler's lounge, but I wasn't aware of all the details until i called someone, I would have missed it otherwise.

I opened the shower and brown water started to come from it. They called maintenance but he didn't do anything, the water started to come clean eventually. I didn't like that housekeeping knocked once and entered my room without waiting for a response at 9.45am, when the check out was at 12. I also didn't like that someone from reception came to me asking how my stay was and then "offered to help me write a review on Booking". It came a bit forced. If you are confident that you provide a good service then don't do that.

Location near the airport made it easy for quick take off and landing, I did it three times during my stay Not too close to the city if you have some work to do over there Very helpful and friendly staff acting immediately to sort out complaints The breakfast is good enough, typical continental breakfast with added Egyptian taste I liked.

Many of the interal room facilities requires renovation. The hotel reacts quickly when you ask when for maintenance, but they should be in a better condition (AC, the minibar, power supply)

We were on transit for a couple of hours hence the booking of the hotel. At the airport there no clear information or direction of how to get the visa, very long wait, with only two airport staff intending to many travellers, which bite into our time. No clear directions on accessing the bus to bring us to the hotel, we took a taxi that charge 800 Egyptian money. The hotel stay on the other hand was great. No hidden charges.

We loved how close to the airport this hotel was! It includes free shuttle from there. We also got upgraded to a better room during our stay so that was great. They provided fruits and bottles of water in our room and we really appreciated the details. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The only detail would be that the door and walls are a bit thin so you do hear what’s happening outside your room. Thankfully our neighbors were quite respectful so we only heard minimal noise and a little bit also from the corridor when people were passing.

We got a free upgrade to the premium room, these rooms are new and you can feel the difference. Everything was clean and hygienic. Bed was comfortable and really good and clean shower. In room minibar, wardrobe, tv and safety box. Pick up shuttle was immediately ready when we came out of airport. I’d have chance, book the premium room!

We booked an free airport shuttle at 8.30 am, because our flight was 10:30 am. As it is less then 5 minutes drive to airport, we would be far on time. The shuttle was waiting for all other guests and left at 8.55 am. Also it went first to terminal 1 (it is an extra 5 minutes drive). So, we had to stress a bit at the airport at security, check in and customs. To me, they should let other guests who also have booked a shuttle, but who are too late for the shuttle they have booked, take another shuttle later.
