Vibotel is good place for short stay, Rooms are maintained very clean, Support staffs are really good and helpful, especially Mr.Abdurrahman and Mr.Mahmoud Shehata are supporting and addressing the concerns immediately, when i checked-in, there were no vessels and other essentials in the room, however after informing, immediately both rushed to the room in person and arranged everything.

Major issue is connectivity, No WIFI facility at room, WIFI could be accessed only from reception. Getting a Taxi from Hotel also bit difficult, as it is located inside the compound.

Excellent hotel with excellent location ,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival I was warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ziad ,he makes my trip more interesting with her advices & tips about ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants Housekeeping service was amazing by daily surprises in my room ,whole staff was great and professional ... I Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again for going just that little step extra for the guests!!!

The hotel/residence is new in a gated community called Katameya Gardens, the rooms are spacious and very clean. bed was comfortable as well. The bathroom pretty functional with a nice shower and a good aeration system. staff (Ziad and others) friendly and polite, ready to help at any need. I totally recommend it, quality price (what u get for what u pay) was one of the best places I have found and they accept couples from UE without a marriage certificate. from Pyramids is 1h far, staying here was the best because if I was in Tahir or downtown I would have 1h of traffic anyway. New Cairo is an under development area so there are a lot of constructions in progress, indeed very good surveiled and quiet without Cairo noises. I loved the possibility to use the washing machines (new ones) at the basement floor and the flexibility on room cleaning, every day even at late hours.

Everything was just fine, I couldn’t find anything that annoyed me.

Service is Good, and they maintain the property well and Room Cleaning happened Daily which was good! Also the Room Service Person Mr.Abdur Rahman, Receptionist Mr.Mohammed Hashad and Mr.Mohammed Alam was exceptional in customer service Thanks to them!

WIFI is not at all good! Television should telecast more international channels and paid channels

Thank you for a good service! I stayed in the hotel for one day. The room was clean, all facilities are available. I’ve got the room with a big balcony. The hotel is located close to the airport in a secured and safe area. There are few shops nearby as well. Wi-Fi works very good. Thanks to the personal of the hotel. They can help you with anything you need. I was greeted with warmth and care. Especially thanks to Ziad for a help in resolving any issue. I definitely recommend this place and I’d love to stay here again.

The staff were very helpful, especially mr. Mahmoud and mr Abdulla at the reception desk who helped me checkout. Also, the other 2 from the morning shift were amazing as well.. overall, all staff are very professional, honest and hospitable.

They don’t have a kitchen and therefore no room service nor buffet, but I guess that’s normal since it’s a non-serviced facility offering kitchen facilities and white goods in the rooms

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with good facilities.

The location, inside a fairly new gated community, was quite hard to reach as the taxi was turned back from several gates and had to reroute. No onsite or nearby restaurant or shop made meals a bit of a challenge. There was no wifi at the hotel

everything is perfect the place is so clean neat cosy and seriously quite so after arough day u come here and relax the team is so friendly and just making everything for u easy and obtainable that will be my only place to visit and stay here in cairo I highly recommend it
