All 3 pools heated.Amazing friendly staff.Top location in the middle of Naama Bay with ALL the facilities!

Hotel was full of Russians and therefore everything was in Russian for them . Children animation songs Russian, 80% of music in hotel beach Russian and generally we felt we were in Russia for vacation . Most and more important is how rude we’re the Russians to all the local staff of the hotel ,skipping food lines on breakfast etc.

Location is great in the middle of Naama Bay, food is very good, staff are friendly and welcoming. Hotel overall is clean.

Bar is average, needs to have more variety of drinks and cocktails. Sea is blocked by guiders which is limiting the swimming area a lot.

Our stay was amazing! The Hotel is huge, with many buildings, 3 restaurants, many pools, a gym and a spa. It is located on the main shopping boulevard of Naama Bay and the beach is very close, you can reach it on foot. We had an All Inclusive package so we had all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) and drinks included. Food was very good and with a large variety of products from cooked meals to vegetables, from fruit to very tasty desserts! Every day we had a refill of water bottle, tea and coffee in our room, as well as nicely perfumed toiletries (shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body lotion). Gym and spa were small but equipped with the essentials. Very good massage service! We recommend it. All the staff was great! Special thanks to Ahmed Mohamed at reception, Banderas for tours and activities, "Biro" for spa treatments, Osama and Moustafa at the restaurant. All of them were very nice and helpful and they always wore a big smile on their faces. Thanks again for making our stay memorable!

The place is very clean and well kept but it would improve a lot if the rooms were renovated with new furniture and bathrooms were updated a little.

The only downside happened in the first day, we have been given a room which was connected to another room, without being informed by the receptionist, my partner opened the door as she thought it is the closet to see a naked guy in the next room, I was also staggered as I have never come across such a horrendous experience. Guests must be informed if there's a connection so they don't try to open their door as well as the other room must be told not to open from their side. After I instantly complained, the room has been changed but the receptionist had the nerves to blame me for not asking if my room has any connection or no, which is sheer nonsense and his duty to clarify this point clearly prior checking in.

food needs to be improoved. there is a lot of veriaty -but bring someonr who knows to cook in large amount! so many options - but nothing tasty.... they realy try - but when meet is weel done - it does not help if it is beeing cut in fromt of your eyes..... pancake at breakfast are great - but supply tasty chocolate syrup / jam/ maple, not plastic flavoured

The property had everything you need, from excellent customer service to good food, clean rooms and an excellent pool. Great location in the heart of naama bay with shops, cafes and restaurants. And to top off our holiday, Albert who was working at the acqua pool during the day made our stay 15x better with how incredible his customer service was. Genuinely went above and beyond and deserves great recognition. Muhammad from front desk also deserves a shoutout, made us feel very welcomed.

Property is outdated, elevator is old, bathtub and shower are combined.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Naama Bay, and I would like to take a moment to share my feedback regarding my experience. First and foremost, I would like to commend the housekeeping staff for their excellent service. The cleanliness of the room was greatly appreciated, and it contributed positively to my overall stay. However, I did notice that the furniture in the room was quite old and in need of replacement. Additionally, the bathroom chair appeared dirty and showed signs of excessive wear, which diminished the comfort of my experience. I believe that updating the furniture and refreshing both the rooms and bathrooms would significantly enhance the guest experience. I felt also alot of food you cooking which not all used so try to cook limited diskes so stop westing food. Thank you for considering my feedback. I hope to see improvements on my next visit. - Food was delicious and a lot of choices (variety) - Friendly and helpfull staff - Big hotel with a lot of facilities eg swimming pools, SPA, stage, bars,..Etc - Activities and shows (animation)

- Cleanliness can be better for a 5 star hotel. The room was not cleaned well daily. After calling the room service, they cleaned it well. - Infrastructure of the room (bathroom & furniture) should be refurbished/modernised to meet 5 star hotel quest expectations. - No FREE WIFI available in the rooms
