The hotel truly impressed me. The staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making the check-in process smooth and pleasant. My room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could ask for, including a comfy bed and a stunning view. The hotel also boasted excellent facilities, including a rooftop restaurant that was perfect for relaxing and taking in the city skyline.. Overall, my experience at this hotel was exceptional, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, quality, and great service.

That the pool closed at 6pm we usually sharam shiekh is a night city I believe all visitors will wake up very late and us for our experience we didn’t enjoy the pool much as it closed at early. And also the fact we have to get our breakfast to the room every morning we would appreciate if the breakfast will be sent to the room.

The facility is clean and modern, location is top notch, and the direct sea view is really amazing. However the best part of this place is the staff. Everyone here goes beyond the normal to ensure our stay was perfect. Special thanks to Ms. Ameera and Mr. Tamer, they both were attentive and outstanding.

The room service pizza

Excellent location right in front of the beach. Sea facing balcony with a jacuzzi. It can’t be any better. Extremely clean. The staff were very friendly. Apart from the breakfast, which was included they offered us complimentary sweets and fruits everyday. From the reception they organized complimentary pickup and drop-off to the airport. They also talked to our tour guides in Arabic to give them directions. Access to the beach was complimentary. Whole day we had free drinks and food at the beach. It cannot be any better. We highly recommend to book Naama Bay Suites for your Sharm vacation.👌🏼

Breakfast was perfect with multiple choice. In particular the staff was extremely kind.

He greeted me with a genuine smile and took the time to ensure that all my needs were met. His professionalism and attention to detail were evident as he efficiently handled my check-in process while providing valuable information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. Throughout my stay, Mr. Aldoedar went above and beyond, always willing to assist with any requests I had. His recommendations for dining and activities were spot on, enhancing my overall experience. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely caring about the guests' experience. The hotel itself was immaculate, with comfortable rooms and excellent facilities, but it was the personal touch from Mr. Aldoedar that truly set this stay apart. the hotel was comfortable, and so close to the beach. the staff was so attentive to every request that I made. For example, the receptionist, Amira, was so good. when there was a situation, she was able to calm the gguests and was able to fix the problem. Another example was Ahmed. He was so attentive and always mad2 sure that I was comfortable and well fed. they were the best that I have ever seen in all my stays in any hotel in the world. Ali and Zizo also in the reception were both helpful and fun.

Fantastic location with the room terrace overlooking directly on the private beach, and at 1 to 5 minutes walk from the whole services and attractions of Naama bay center ! Very friendly and professional supportive staff, extremely quickly responding to any request. Very good lunch, also served directly in the room. Last but not least, the UNIQUENESS of the outside whirlpool bath on the room terrace 😃

Needs some maintenance improvement on minor aspects of the facility.

The service was excellent. Ahmed from the dining room was amazing, as was Amira from the reception, smiling and patient. I will be back again soon.

This time the room we got was not as good. There were some problems with the water and the jacuzzi was not working properly. The cleanliness was not 100 percent.
