We were pleasantly surprised at the size and facilities at the room. It was extra large with two jumbo size comfortable beds. Bathroom was very clean with separate shower and a bath. You can enjoy good quality Wi-Fi not only in all rooms and lobby but in the pool area too. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hotel has its own private beech which is some 5-8 minutes away. In order to get there, you have to cross the road, walk through their sister hotel and take a lift/stairs down to reach to the beach. Beach itself is clean with golden sand and crystal clear turquoise water. Sea is amazingly calm and very safe for swimming and snorkelling. Only one negative point to mention is that we found the food to be a little bland and boring. We are vegetarian and sadly every day we were offered the same choice i.e potato fries/chips, boiled vegetables, rice and bread etc., although their vegetable soups were very good. Chef could be perhaps a little more imaginative.

Overall, my stay was great. The animation team was helpful and fun to hang out with them. Ali, Yehia, and Jasmine. The reception team was also great , they are cooperative and will try to satisfy your needs at all times. Rooms were so clean with new modern furniture.

I would suggest including more vegetarian options on a daily basis.

we once ordered food to the room and unfortunately we’re disappointed, but the issue was sorted right away. The other thing we didn’t like was how loud the music was, but we noticed that this seems to be an issue all around Egypt including the beach music - just seems too loud a specially for kids little ears.

Everything was very good, this hotel is really value for money. The food taste is very good, the Italian restaurant also is really good, you have to try it. Overall, the experience is excellent.

No major comments, just minors, there was no soft drinks in the room minibar, also they charge you for turkish coffee and fresh juice even if you booked all inclusive.

Everything is great, the pool, staff, very big rooms, everyone is so nice and the rooms really are huge especially because I'm used to European hotels so there's no comparing

If you're looking for amazing food you won't find it there but to be honest you won't find it at all in sharm el sheikh so don't overtime it

We enjoyed the location of the hotel being quiet but being a close 5 mins walk to Naama Bay and the beach. We liked the hotel beach area secluded and providing you with food, drink and entertainment. You can see some great fish from the jetty too. The hotel set up was excellent being more intimate than larger hotels The staff were lovely, friendly and so helpful. We could name some but that would not be fair as we feel every member of the staff you interact with would give you the same excellent service. The rooms were lovely and spacious. We had an issue with the bath and this was soon rectified by the hotel staff. The provision or tea, coffee and water was plentiful and the room was always cleaned brilliantly. The hotel staff are excellent and make you feel welcome from the minute you arrive until you leave and could not be more courteous and helpful. The food in the restaurant is as expected for all inclusive in Egypt but we did manage to find something to eat on all occasions. The chefs and the restaurant staff were excellent and always friendly. The Italian restaurant provided excellent food and service. The 3 pools are great and you can go lively by one pool or quieter by another. We did not use the slides or wave pool but they looked a lot of fun. The pool and bar staff we too equally excellent. There is evening entertainment and a great animation team who were always fun and lively. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

Facility: Loved the room, it was cosy and clean. Bathroom was nice with standing shower and a bath tub. Very strong water current with cold and hot water for anyone interested. There is daily cleaning by the housekeeping and they change the sheets and provide new towels daily. The swimming pools were amazing and so relaxing and clean. There is access to a private beach around 10 mins walking. Beach is great and clean with soft sand. Also there are many sitting areas all around the hotel and beach. There is a spa that provides massage and baths for money for anyone interested. Did not try them. Staff: Very kind and helpful. Entertainment: The Animation team were amazing and very kind (Abdu, Fadi, Taymoor, Anya) There is daily shows and entertainment by the animation team. Shows like Ms. Hotel, Magic, Singing, dancing, and etc were arranged and hosted by the animation team daily at around 9 pm. And they were great and extremely funny. Also they host games like darts and aqua gym throughout the day. It was a pleasure to meet them and I had a blast with all of them. Also the hotel arrange a trip to a club every night for anyone interested. Location: 5 minutes walking distance to Naama Bay Street. Otherwise great location Food: I only tried the breakfast buffet. It was normal and clean, nothing memorable .

I Booked all inclusive and was told that I can’t take food to my room , had to change rooms due next day as my booked room wasn’t ready. room key stopped working 3 times and had to get the staff to get in to my room

Pool was great. Rooms were big, clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

The food was just okay, not great. Front desk staff were not helpful at all.
