The hotel was clean, Staff were.exceptional, hot water came quickly with good pressure, breakfast was a variety and was good. They offered us dinner on the rooftop...we were the only ones with a beautifully made table and view of the cathedral. Dinner was excellent. Quick walk to the square. Almost all of the staff spoke English or tried really hard

There is a lack of restaurants to choose from really close but the food at the hotel is better than you would get outside anyway.

The staff was so friendly and helpful. Customer service was just amazing. The rooms were clean. The AC was great! And the breakfast was delicious every day. The location was perfect. There were many shops and restaurants around the hotel. The city center was also walking distance.

The shower head could be better in the shower. The water coming out was not even and sometimes it was hard to truly enjoy the shower. I wish there was a vanity or a place to put toiletries in the bathroom.

Amazing hotel central in Santa Ana. Area is very safe, we walked outside without problems. The personal was very welcoming, including Asmin the receptionist who was very helpful and spoke English well. Due to our schedule we had to have breakfast earlier than the set time, which they did without issue both days of our stay.

Been here is a group of people - the hotel was exceptional in providing care and customer service right from check-in to check-out. They even prepared a special meal for us on the rooftop and attended to every guest. The front desk assisted with recommendations on the area and calling Ubers.

The hotel was dealing with a busted pipe - it did not affect the customer experience and they were very professional about it.

No elevator on site, no option for a small refrigerator in the room. Netflix was not working properly. No washing machines available, however the staff made accommodations for us to wash our clothes. (There should be a laundry room)

- Perfect emplacement, very central few minutes walk from main plaza, near the local market. - There is a free secure parking in front of the hotel if you travel by car. 🚗 - The stuff was so friendly and helpful, try to go out of their way to accommodate our needs. - The rooms were clean and comfy with good WiFi connection. - Awesome breakfast .

The owner was onsite and was actually from the US. He was super helpful and very knowledgable about several cities, giving lots of good advice. Hotel was walking distance from some interesting places (if you don't mind walking). Hotel also had a BEAUTIFUL rooftop deck with views of churches, etc.

We booked at the end of the day and arrived mid evening. The area did not look great but hotel has private gated parking overnight with a guard. Michael welcomed us warmly and helped with the luggage. An unusual building but decent size room and bathroom provided everything we needed for one night, and Michael kindly prepared coffee for our very early departure.

Great place to visit Santa Ana because it is close to many places like the Cathedral for example, staff was great and room was big and comfortable. Would visit again
