Every employee was incredibly helpful in explaining everything to me when I made certain requests considering my disability. The employees helped me acquire the complimentary breakfast to my table that was offered. In addition, I loved the shower head that was mounted above the ceiling because it was very simple to use as opposed to the other shower head, which requires a lot of finesse to keep steady.

The accessible rooms were smaller than I had anticipated because I had trouble getting around in my electric wheelchair, especially in the corridor where changing directions was difficult.

This is a brand new hotel just across the Sants train station. The room were spacious, with comfy beds and super clean. The stuff was extremely friendly. Though quite far from the city centre, the I enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood.

The main problem for me was the noise level. In my first two nights I had a room at the first floor, facing the street and traffic noise very early in the morning was tough (with earplugs). I later asked and was moved to backroom facing the inner-courtyard, which isn't that nice, but at least I had a perfect sleep. If you're a light sleeper, defiantly ask for a back room.

The staff were amazing! The second me and my sister entered the hotel we had a friendly welcome from the staff. All the staff were helpful and kind. The room we booked was exceptional. It was always cleaned, fresh towels were constantly provided and staff and room service were always a call away.

Very nice quaint hotel, hidden away from the busy parts of Barcelona but still close enough to the attractions.Also a couple minutes walk to the Train station . The rooms are clean and the staff were really friendly. Especially Miki who was very attentive and helpful.

Only slight issue was with the television, very large TV for hotel standard but was unable to connect it to my phone/device in the evenings. Shame to have a smart TV and not be able to use it for anything other than Spanish cable.

Hotel was really beautiful, cozy and clean. Staff helpfull and we enjoyed our stay here a lot. The lady at the desk gave us rooms close each other so our family could be together. We decided to have breakfasts and diners at the hotel and the meals were delicious.

Nice, small hotel with helpful and friendly staff. Rooms are clean and modern. Convenient location, very safe area and right next to the big train station with plenty of Metro connections.

There was a bit of a chemical smell in the bathroom but it didn’t make it into the room. Basic wifi is free but when you’re planning on watching movies or having video calls, you need to purchase additional faster wifi.

Excellent location for the Sant train station. The staff were amazingly helpful especially Marie. Our train to Paris had been cancelled due to the 4 day general strike in Paris and Marie helped get us get refunds and make alternate plans. She was a life saver! The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was very good. Again, thank you to the excellent and cheerful staff!

The property is 100metres across Barcelona Sants railway station and around 2-3kms from the landmark Sagrada da Familia Cathedral. Well maintained property, value for money and in close proximity to shopping area and restaurants. All the places are reachable on foot.

Second stay in this hotel. Just love it. Wonderful staff, large room, great bed, espresso machine, tea and coffee, fridge, good quality toiletries. Minutes away from Barcelona Sants train station so the perfect hotel when commuting through. Will definitely stay again.
