The members of the staff always assisted me with my needs. The location was central within the city.

The prices for the rooms were a little higher than normal. And I should not have been charged for the water from the fridge.

This is my second stay in this hotel, I strongly recommend it, well.positionned in exiemple zone close to center using public transportation by metro.

The hotel is very close to most of the main tourist attractions and is very well connected with public transport. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast menu is continental. Extra kudos to the lady who served us the breakfast every day. She was super friendly.

There were no glasses in the room (usually there are glasses for toothbrush and a small kettle to heat up water with tea filters in 3 star hotels) and we didn't have any toilet brush or pump for the toilet. One of the spot lamp in the bathroom was flickering so it was hard to shave but in the end I got used to it. The airco was barely working in the room and the windows were not made to be open wide (probably for safety reasons). You should tell people at the reception at check -in that the lights in the room only work when you insert your room card in the designated area next to the entrance door and leave it there. Apart from this it's a great value for the money I paid for the hotel room.

I tend to compare all the hotels and apartments we stayed in with each other but only one in Bilbao exceeded our expectations. The prices were within the same range but one provided .ore value for our money. The hotel was also environmentally friendly (green)and they provided us with transport cards with refundable deposit. But when we loaded the card the previous user had left some money. We also left some money as we took the taxi many times. It made us feel good to pay forward. Extra points for that and I hope all hotels will be like that.

Not all the staff were helpful. The 2 chairs in the room were bulky and old. We were not told where blankets were. We were not given glasses for the bathroom. More Plants and new paint can brighten up the lobby. Otherwise location was good.

Very comfortable spacious clean room

Big room and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff. We could check in before time. The room was cleaned every day. Tasty bakery and open shops at night are close to the hotel. We got a tea kettle after asking it at the reception. Because in Barcelona every accomodation is expensive, the price was kind of OK.

For us it was a little bit far away from the attractions. Traffic noise and noises from other rooms. Leaking water from the toilet and from the ceiling also.

I recently stayed at a hotel and wanted to share my experience with you. Unfortunately, I found the rooms to be outdated, which was quite disappointing. Additionally, there was a lot of noise coming from the street, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another major issue I encountered was with the wifi in my room. The connection constantly dropped, making it frustrating to use. Lastly, I was disappointed to find out that the safe box in the room required an extra payment. This seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

Location of this hotel is perfect. About 15 minutes walk to the Bar elona Sants station.

The cleaning service or their maintenance staff should be paying closs attention to the serviceability of fixtures inside the room. I turned the shower on and water went everywhere in the bathroom, except into the bathtub. It took me 10 minutes to remove the water from the floor.

Was a good location from all main tourist attractions. Not too far from the main areas but enough away that wasn’t chaotic around the hotel. Room had air con so made sleep comfortable. Room was freshened up each day :)

Wasn’t as such a “didn’t like” but the staff were not really interactive, when we arrived a man on the desk just asked us for our passports and then checked us in, not a hello or a bit of conversation. There was one lady on the desk that was very helpful but other than her they didn’t really look happy to be there/ show a smile to their customers

Nice staff. Clean rooms of decent size. Little 90's style, but it did not disturb overall pleasant experience. Hotel located in the Eixample. Easy walk to many atractions.

There could be heating in the bathroom. Apart from this everything was fine. This f**ing wensite want me to write more, even if there is nothing more to say.
