Breakfast and buffet were excellent and have no complaints there at all. What I will warn people is that the Spa is all at an extra charge and this is not made clear on bookings.com so it was too late for us. My wife and I purposely went there to relax for 5 days after major surgery only to be told of the €18 to visit the spa and that’s for 90 min, which can’t be broken down so if you want to go in the morning it’s €18 and if you want to go in the afternoon it’s €18 regardless if your only in there for 30-40 in first time round. I will not be staying there again as a result of this and would agin strongly advise people to think about this before booking.

Isla Mallorca & Spa is a true gem! From the moment I arrived, the ambiance was welcoming and serene. The hotel is beautifully designed, combining modern elegance with a touch of local charm. Breakfast options were excellent, with a diverse menu. The location is perfect for exploring Mallorca, with easy access to both the beach and local attractions. Very quiet area as stated in the reviews which was one of the reasons I booked there. It was a 30 minute (lovely) walk from town which I did many times. Close to the waterfront. Shops and grocery store near by. I didn't have the buffet breakfast but ordered in the restaurant and it was great. Coffee is fantastic. Great bar area outside which I used and ate at. All great. Room was very comfortable and clean. Bed very comfortable. Nice balcony. Used the gym which was good and well equipped. Very friendly staff.

My only constructive criticism is that there were leaves in the pool and leaf debris on top of the water. Because of this I only swam once and I had hoped to have enjoyed the pool more.

The location was nice. Around 22 min walk from the center. The pool was not too big, but cozy and clean. I came very early and had a job interview. The lady at the reception was super helpful and checked me in before the check-in time. Loved the service at the bar, especially indoor bar lady was very friendly and smiley. The room had a balcony overlooking the yard. I didnt use it much, but felt nice to have it )) and i took back massage, which was super cool and relaxing. I would say it is a good hotel for a short stay in Palma.

- The toilet door of room 204 didnt shut. I was travelling alone so didnt have issues with that, but wouldnt stay in the same room if i was travelling with a partner or a friend. Also the bathroom is made from glass with fancy colourful lights tho )) - The reception at spa did something which i never like, but this often happens in the touristic places. She charged me for massage more than the price of it and when i asked why, she was like "oh I thought you'd want to leave a tip". If i want to leave a tip, i would leave it to the masseuse. I think it is not nice to solicti it this way.

All good until we were about to leave we had lunch and for some reason my card didn’t go through at the bar,the barman who had been lovely up to them,got really quite nasty,he said have you got any cash and i said only for a taxi to the airport,he response was,well you’ll have give me your taxi money,your taxi money is not my problem.so I went to reception (the guy there was fantastic the whole time said,don’t worry we’ll sort it, the card went through straight away,just was handled really badly at the bar.

Excellent self service breakfast with good choice of hot and cold food including freshly cooked omelettes and pancakes. Nice spa area and treatments. All staff exceptionally helpful.

Issues connecting to broadband first 24 hours but issue resolved for remainder of stay. Stayed outside of main season so some minor work going on but not intrusive.

-huge room (junior suite), modern, clean -very comfortable beds and pillows -quiet location -various breakfast options, incl freshly made egg-dishes and pancakes

-sewage smell in the room -bathroom quite “scarce” - no paper handkerchiefs, no soap at the bidet or bathtub (only by the shower and sink) -plates at the breakfast quite dirty - we had to search for a clean one (and that was the case every day, so not an exception) -we had to pay 9eur if we wanted to go to the hotel spa and 10eur “guarantee” for the pool towels -the hotel is not “at the beachfront”. it is very close to the port, but has nothing to do with a beachfront hotel

Hola We arrived from Barcelona to the Isla Mallorca Hotel in Palma De Mallorca for six days and received amazing treatment from the hotel staff. The hotel is close to everywhere in the center of Palma and you can reach and go on foot or by bus to the city center and to the lovely beaches with the clear turquoise water. I would like to thank the staff who were professional, efficient and kind. I would like to thank the lovely Maria from the reception team who even upgraded our room, the charming and funny Luis, the amazing Nino who helped me book a flight and hotel back to Barcelona, ​​Alberto from the professional and kind bar staff, Nadia, Alberto from reception and all those who cleaned our room. Thanks for everything wonderful team. We will be back. get ready

The hotel itself is lovely - perfect sized pool and the room we stayed in was superb. Very clean, very comfortable and it was so lovely having it freshly made up everyday. The pool bar cocktails (in particular pina colada) were SUPERB! Very well made cocktails and it was such a treat as I don't drink too much so this holiday was the perfect occasion to treat myself to a cocktail I really enjoy - honestly haven't had a pina colada in the last year or so - having 4 on this holiday i was not disappointed and it felt very special, it was lovely enjoying it by the pool. The iced urban coffee was also the best iced coffee we have ever had and it was so indulgent - we had two during our stay! Staff were lovely, friendly and super helpful. I would stay here again as it was just perfect - no noise or loudness from other guests either so it made for a relaxing ambience :-) I slept very well as the pillows and generous sized bed was so comfortable (i found it hard to want to leave!) and the shower was large which was fantastic! We used the gym here too which was very well equipped to compensate for our cocktails and desserts!

The ONLY criticism i have is the lack of air conditioning in the gym. Which didn't feel great in the heat!

Myself, my wife and 7 month old daughter had the most incredible stay at the Isla Mallorca hotel. The rooms were impeccable and cleaned every day, all the facilities and services provided were 5 star, 10/10. I do want to give special mention to the friendly, relaxing atmosphere created by the staff and the family like ethos. They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and ensure our stay was the best possible. Huge thanks to the bar staff and our favorite life guard - all who provided our daughter with amazing smiles every day. Thank you so much, I look forward to another special stay. Incredible experience.
