The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The free continental breakfast was excellent! Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We paid a little more for the "poolside" room, assuming it would actually be poolside. I do not feel that a view of the pool from a second story room window is defined as "poolside", so that was very disappointing. Second, we travel by motorcycle and depend on icepacks to keep certain necessities like medication and makeup at a reasonable temp while traveling. It was over 100 degrees out and to our surprise there was no freezer in the fridge in the room. Placing them in the fridge kept them cool but not frozen so next day riding in 113 degrees heat we had to purchase cold packs to keep things at a reasonable temp. These left us feeling as if we lost any value in our booking,

Best Western has been a “home away from home” for a couple of years for myself and my cousins. My Aunt/their mom was in an assisted living facility and we all took turns going to visit her and always stayed at Best Western. This visit was for all of us to gather together for her “celebration of life”. Barbara and the front desk staff were all very kind and accommodating. We always enjoyed the free breakfast in the adjoining restaurant.

This is an older property and the rooms could use some maintenance and updating. My room this time also had dirty carpet, a non-working light, the area around the mini fridge and microwave needed cleaned, and the drawers were dirty inside. That was a bit unusual compared to other stays though.

The staff was working very hard, above and beyond under very difficult circumstances as they coped with a renovation project. They met and exceeded service standards under pressure, and deserve a bonus.

Wifi was undergoing upgrade, which may have been unavoidable, but for business customers, a temporary (and robust) wifi node and working printer are often critical. Staff went above and beyond to find alternatives, thank you! (I am sure this is fixed by now.)

Made to order breakfast was wonderful and the staff was great! The beds were very comfortable.

I saw a hot tub in the online photos and booked this hotel for 3 nights so that my partner & I could relax after walking and golfing each day. Unfortunately, the water was ice cold so it was not running and there were only a sparse few chairs at the entire pool area so we had to sit on a low wall which was not relaxing. Therefore, we did not use the pool at all the next 2 nights.

Such a lovely front desk receptionist greeted us! She was very helpful personable and very patient! I love that you had a full dining room and Bar, and that it was open later than 8:00 p.m.😊 it's an older hotel but was very clean kept up and spacious. Absolutely loved the delicious hot breakfast and that we could order it to go and take it back up to our rooms. Also the 24-hour fresh-tasting coffee and creamers included caffeinated and decaf coffee was wonderful! We had a delightful staycation away from our kids and grandkids thank you!

The king size bed needed a new mattress but it wasn't too bad. Management Definitely needs maintenance to change out the air filters in the air conditioners on the poolside rooms every few days or weekly at least. Every time our air conditioner kicked on there was a pretty strong smell of cigarette smoke. I heard other guests complaining about the same thing. Otherwise no complaints really.

Room was comfortable and quiet, front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Public and private areas were clean. Instead of a buffet, they had a restaurant that served breakfast with wait staff (The food was more palatable than most buffets).

Most everything was fine, I would have liked a few more options for the breakfast menu but it met my expectations and the food was better than most buffets that one typically finds at mid range hotels.

The staff was super friendly, the room was comfortable, I wish I could buy myself the pillows and mattress!

My only turn off was that the faucet water was gnarly and not drinkable but they charge 2 bucks a bottle for water. You can go to the restaurant and they'll refill a water bottle free of charge, but I feel like water should be freely available, especially when in the desert.

food is very good, never a complain here. staff excellent. i would recommend them to anyone that would ask me this. Rooms are clean & staff is excellent. The king size bedrooms are very good because i can work in them.

AC is weak in a couple of room but once i mention it they moved me to another room. The next room was very good no complains.

Included breakfast was good, nice choices. Bed was comfortable.

No back building elevator. My room was on the second floor in the rear building and a long way from the front entry that had the only elevator. Though there is a back entry and plenty of parking there, I have a very bad hip and had to get other guests to help me carry my luggage up the stairs by where I had parked my car.

The room was comfortable, the location was quiet, it's centrally located so easy to get to nearby shops, the room was clean

The building must be quite old. I kept having flashbacks to going places with my parents in the '60s. The room carpet had spots and burned marks. The room chairs were worn and frayed and stained. The woodwork made it look like an elegant older hotel.
