All of the staff that we interacted with were wonderful and helpful. The older lady at the check-in counter that we dealt with was very nice and although she was a bit flustered from something with the group ahead of us, she did everything she could to make us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We also enjoyed the restaurant and the server we had was really nice and quick to answer questions and provided great recommendations to make our experience more enjoyable. Overall, we had a great experience and thoroughly enjoyed having the comfy bed and shower after a few days of camping.

The location is a bit further out if you're hoping to do some sightseeing around San Francisco and there isn't much for shops in the immediate vicinity. Great though if you are looking for a quieter location and don't mind commuting a bit.

Clean and comfortable and a nice view of water. Free water in fridge. The coffee shop was a big plus. The two ladies on different days were excellent.

No USB outlets in room. There are usually some in lost and found but reception said they had none. Told me to go to Apple Store. Only one 40 watt desk lamp in room. Very dim. No information in room like pool hours or what is avail in restaurant or if they have room service. I still don’t know. Would be nice if they asked how was your stay when checking out. I would have told them a couple things need attention, but they rushed me out.

When we arrived to check-in we temporarily parked in the roundabout and a man claiming to be security told my partner he couldn’t park there even whilst checking in. We were not double parked or blocking any exits or entrances and this man was extremely rude! This man was not identifiable as security and was driving a personal vehicle, a ford mustang. Later we were told from an actual security gaurd, Justin, the man was in engineering - not security - and we’re just a little bit confused as to why he felt the need to get involved with our stay at all and why he lied about his job title. My partner suffers from extreme PTSD and is easily set off and this situation turned very ugly for everyone in an instant.

The location, the hotel had its own restaurant & bar . Hotel was beautiful. Nice & clean. The price of stay was great!. The bartenders at night were incredibly funny! I will stay again!!

The man who checked me in was very nice gave me the menus for dinner and breakfast but forgot to tell me that I would be charged $30 a day for parking or tell me what floor my room was in so I had to stop at 3 different floors to find out. Again I was already exhausted from work along with a 5 hour drive. Oh the pillows hurt my neck Oh & the Asian lady at checkout wasn't to friendly .

Although located in a business area, this is a lovely, modern, high-quality hotel, with large, comfortable rooms, many with great views over the lagoon towards San Francisco Bay. Staff are friendly and efficient. Although menu options are still limited after the pandemic, the food that is on offer is great, and portions are perfect to share between two if you want a lighter meal. The rooms were exceptionally clean, with all room doors sealed with a label to certify they had been cleaned before guests arrive, and TV remote controls are sanitized and wrapped for each new guest.

I stayed here some years ago, and the food options available for room service were truly outstanding then; sadly the pandemic has meant that options are now more limited, although the quality of what is on offer is really good.

Everything was great once I got my “final room”.

Just a slight snafu at the front desk when checking in. First gave me a room # that my key didn’t work for, called down to the front desk and the person said no that is not your room number, then came up to give me a room key for my room but it was so amazingly hot in that room I had to ask to be changed to the other side of the building. They were very accommodating.

Love the size of the room. We especially loved the sitting room /living room, which was big, very nice, and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the suite was warm. It was nice to have a fridge. We loved the suite!!

Breakfast was not included. Not enough lighting in the sitting space, but it was ok.. A microwave would be nice. I didn't find any blanket or pillow for the sofa bed.

Lady at front desk was extremely nice and very helpful. Don’t remember her name, but she is middle age.

Mattress in first room was past its prime. Lady at front desk changed me to another room with a better mattress.

The room was huge and very comfortable. The view was great as well (lake view). Breakfast and room service were great super fast and great service from Gabriela. The gym had everything I needed and the bar was good as well.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable and I was never able to watch TV. But really nothing major. Loved the hotel.
