Staff was very friendly and the room was reasonable for the price. The location was pretty good and there was good parking available.

There was no clear story about trash -- no place to put it. Nobody cleaned my room -- even after a week of being there. There was not any shampoo in the room when I got there and I had to repeatedly ask for small samples from the front desk. It took me an extra day to get the dishes and cooking utensils because they weren't available.

This was an affordable option near the hospital in Redwood City where I was visiting a relative who had surgery. The staff was friendly. There was a simple breakfast, and I had a kitchen in my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet.

I did find a bug in my room but other than that it was fine.

accommodating staff. I was there for a medical procedure and had specific needs such as no allergens and wood floors. They found us a double Queen with only wooden floors and when I needed a second room, the desk clerk showed us at least 7 other rooms. They were patient and helpful.

I like that is a studio. Having a kitchen some time is efficient.

I waited in the lobby 40 minutes to do check in. Since the front desk person had left for lunch. I only waited that long because I couldn't cancel my work booking or would it left. I was tired and hungry. Upset that they don't have a backup person to cover the other.

Location to public transportation, room 112 good size with full refrigerator just right for 2 adults and 2 kids under 11, free parking

Rooms still have carpet, breakfast is a snack not true breakfast

Kitchen was nice and clean. Storage was plentiful. Staff we encountered (incl. Timmy, Kassandra and 1 extra) were especially pleasant and accommodating.

Great staff and service

I was assinged to a room that was not properly working(front door jam} and immediately was changed to a better room. I also appreciate to be close to the elevator which made it easy to transport my luggage.

The vending machines were not stocked and there was no ice machine avaliable to stransport to the room.

The space between the bed and the air conditioning unit was hard . No space to get in bed or out of bed needs more room and a end table on the side of the bed ,the other side was fine . The staff was amazing and warm and helpful .gave me a up grade due to me having surgery and staying a few days . And all the time before we had stayed overnight. The staff made the trip much more comfortable.

The bed , the bed location ( no room to pass on one side near air conditioning unit ) the bed was very uncomfortable the bed has never been a strong point ya all need new beds throughout. I’ve stayed in many rooms .
