Modern, great facilities, lovely staff and a hotel car which drive you for free for 3 miles. the car was almost always available which was a lovely plus!

the room smelt a bit damp and went from being too cold to too hot. the gym was also a bit warm

- great, friendly and helpful staff - overall excellent service (room service, restaurant, concierge etc.) - convenient location in nice neighbourhood - good restaurant and bars in the hotel, with good quality wine per glass - design & quality and dedication to eco-goals

- unauthorized and unjustified trials of charge of my credit card which the personnel was neither able to explain how it happen nor provide rationales for that charges, luckily my bank rejected the trials but still this leaves a bad taste

Great service (Many, at the front office at night helped us with the check in and with a couple of requests we had, 10/10 for him! Very confortable beds

A lot of noice from rooms next door. Not sure if we were unlucky with the guests that stayed there at the same time or if the hotel doesnt have good isolation between rooms 70dollars for parking is way to much! Across the street in the inside parking of the mall (8516 W Sunset Blvd Parking) it was 25$ per 24h

it was disappointing having to eat dinner at the lounge , I couldn’t believe there wasn’t a desk at the guest room… where is one supposed to work ???

Located in a prime location in Sunset Blvd, 1 Hotel is at the centre of all the hip venues that you would think belong to Hollywood royalty! Within a 500m radius I have spotted specialty gyms, cafes with long lines of people waiting to get their coffees in the morning, and of course just opposite on the hills I imagine famous celebrities looking down on us from their luxurious perches.

The price is a little prohibitive. Recommended for special occasions or the last night of a long vacation in LA.

The Reception staff were 'above and beyond'. Special shout out to my favorite Rebecca who absolutely went above and beyond any usual interaction. She helped orchestrate the 'above and beyond' experience I had intended as a gift to myself for my 70th birthday gift to myself! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Finding the right tower elevator the first time was a bit misdirected. But it also gave me a chance to experience the beautiful lobby area!

This property has a vibe, as soon as you walk in you can see that sustainability is at the forefront of their design. The rooms have lovely features & the dining experience was awesome. We made use of the free electric taxi that takes you within 3 miles of the hotel. It really made the whole stay enjoyable as we did find LA to be so sprawling you do really need to have a hire car or take a taxi everywhere. The health centre was awesome. Loved the pelotons in the gym & literally had the best massage I have ever had in my life.

Not the hotels fault but it was really expensive, from the Aussie dollar to US it is hefty but it really at times didn't feel value for money.

Consistent style and those with other 1Hotels, great location, rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. Nice to have the Audi e-tron test drive and drop off service. Great to have a Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Nice gym, fruit with flavoured water and spf available.

Plants in the room were not well taken care off, leaves yellowing. Daily replenishment of items was inconsistent and cleanliness could be a higher level given the standard of the hotel. Pool is quite small on the rooftop.
