I was very surprised by this hotel. I usually have fairly low expectations for places directly off of the interstate, but this place was extremely clean, newly renovated, and had outstanding staff. Probably the best breakfast options I have seen in a hotel in this price range in a very, very long time.

It is sort of in a weird spot in the back of an old retail development. It isn't really a bad thing, it is just a little hard to find at night.

Was extremely pissed that I had to leave a $150. CASH deposit in addition to the room charge, they stated this was due to my being a local resident. I stayed there with my grandson due to tornado warnings in the area, I am a senior citizen WHAT TYPE OF DAMAGE DID THEY THINK I WAS GOING TO DO TO THE ROOM!!! It necessitated my having to use the ATM in the hotel and paying a fee to obtain this cash deposit.

I liked the convenience of the area. I was near restaurants and shopping. my family lives 10 minutes away. All staff that I encountered from the front desk clerks, breakfast staff and housekeeping were very courteous, friendly and helpful.

I was in room 318. the doorknob lock was not secure to the door frame, also the tub faucet was being held together with silicone putty, When, you attempted to pull lever for shower it was literally coming off the tub. other than that, it was an enjoyable stay.

The room had been remodeled at some point and was nicely done. Bathroom vanity and mirror were exceptional. Nice couch and chair in suite area. Bed was comfortable and rhe A/C worked perfectly and was quiet. The breakfast was very good, nice two person seating, open, great variety of breakfast foods, which were tasty. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone staying in this area.

Great location with restaurants and shopping nearby. Affordable rate and clean rooms. The hotel was close to the Transportation Museum for the Polar Express train ride.

When we first walked into our room, it smelled like someone had passed gas or used the bathroom without spraying or using the bathroom vent. I sprayed some Lysol and it got better. I wanted to use the gym but it was closed. Breakfast bar needs to be labeled with the available items names (ex. Pork bacon, whole milk, 2%milk).

Breakfast restock was bad, table and floors were always dirty. You had to go to front desk to ask for a towel to clean the table and for food to be restocked. Out of waffle batter, yogurt, bagels, eggs sausage

Very clean, numerous handicap spots up front so no problem getting one. Super helpful and friendly staff. Free breakfast had everything from scrambled eggs and sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereal and fruit. There is a nice pool on the end of the hotel, facing trees and not room windows or the parking lot.

There was nothing to dislike.

The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. The room was accommodating and comfortable. I loved that there was no carpet in the room due to allergies. It made the room feel cleaner and roomier. The location is good. It is right off the highway, but far enough back for privacy. There are plenty of restaurants and stores in the area. I would stay again.

This location was close to the venue for an event we were attending which made it more appealing. Parking wasn’t an issue and we found a space easily each time we needed to park. Access to the hotel was easy and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful. Check-in was simple and only took a couple of minutes. our room was spacious and not cramped at all. everything was nice, neat and clean. There was a couch that my kids loved. The continental breakfast was yummy. My kids loved the make your own waffle addition. They enjoyed breakfast immensely. All in all the property and amenities were great for the price.

The only thing I can think of I didn’t like was the interstate traffic noise, but it wasn’t terribly bad, just noticeable.

The staff is friendly and welcoming. The breakfast bar was delicious. The room was clean, and I really liked the design of the room. Very nice!

The elevator was dirty. During my stay, it was never swept out. While the room was nice, you could still hear doors slamming loudly and people having loud conversations in the hallway, and people walking heavily on the floor above. There was also a customer who was loudly playing music for an extended time in the car while I was trying to rest. I called downstairs to tell the staff member at the desk about it, and it was taken care of immediately. The GPS does not give good directions, and had me driving around, and the sign that says Comfort Suites needs to be larger and lighted.
