We liked the location and the staff!

I did not like the additional charge for parking which apparently started this week but was not identified as an additional charge on booking.com or traveladvisor.com. In my opinion this deceptive marketing and will result in me NOT staying at any Hyatt Place hotel in the Atlanta area or any Hyatt Place since I assume this is their new way of conducting business.

Hyatt Place, Windward Parkway Alpharetta really exceeded my expectations. We were pleasantly surprised as we walked into our double room that it was a suite! - with a sofabed small LR area and a small kitchen area with refrigerator and sink - no microwave though and of course no stove. But it worked for us since we were not really planning on cooking anything. The Breakfast that was included in the price was very substantial and delicious... healthy, instead of too much bacon, they had chicken sausages, oatmeal, fresh fruits etc. I will definitely stay here again especially if we're watching a concert at Ameris Amphitheater - only 10 minutes drive from this hotel! We had a comfortable and relaxed stay! NO issues at all.

No microwave?

Staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Room was large and comfortable, even the pull out couch.

No microwave in room but not a big deal. the restaurant was not open the night we were here and the photos of the pool showed lounge chairs but there is none. Pool area was locked but the front desk attendant gladly opened it and he was extremely nice.

Fairly new so updated rooms. Good location for us. I asked for a room away from the highway and my request was honored.

wanted to check in at 2 pm but was not allowed. Also extremely disappointed that the breakfast was not ready at 6am. We needed to get on the road and waited until 6:10 - still no hot items.

Staff was great. They had a nice sign at the front welcoming all the Phish fans. Front desk was happy to provide with Ice.

I felt like recommendations for delivery of food was lacking. I don’t think the AC was working in the lobby. One of the ice makers was not working.

Location was great, right off GA 400 and close to many things.

Breakfast was good except instead of oatmeal with the plethora of wonderful toppings they had grits. I like grits but I was looking forward to a big bowl of oatmeal with all the glorious toppings

The place was clean and the staff were awesome and they made sure I was comfortable. Thumps up to Jamari and Erica. They are the best!

Nothing everything about it was ok

Great area for walking. Beautiful. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Facility was very clean and room was quiet.

Snack are could have been filled more. Not sure if coffee was available all day or not but that would be nice. Loved the water with cucumbers and lemons!

We stayed at the Hyatt Place . It was the perfect choice for our family .The Hyatt Place to rest before getting back on our family road trip!

Erika on the front desk was super helpful and excepcional customer service. I stayed there during my move process and will stay again while visiting
