The location was perfect. I was there for a 10k and within walking distance to Start line/sidewalks all the way. Shopping close by for last minute items:Target/Dick's. The room was great!! Two beds. A divider where LR/pull out sofa. Had a small table and chair to the side and even a wet bar. The bathroom set up was good as well. Sink separate from commode/shower. Small closet tucked off with iron.

Definitely could tell construction going on. Elevator missing button. Also it would go when you pushed down.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, special shout out to Stacy - she helped with transferring our items to a different room after a minor hiccup with the one previously assigned. Hotel is in a great area and conveniently located within minutes of local restaurants, package store, gas stations, shopping stores, family fun attractions (main event, bowling), etc. breakfast was also really good throughout the weekend stay.

The hotel could use some renovations. One elevator was broken so wait times were a little longer than normal. Carpet in the room was a little dirty but that’s to be expected with carpeted hotel rooms. Recommend bringing house shoes/slippers when visiting. Other than that, all else was well.

I have gluten and dairy restriction and the sausages were pork so there was not much for me to have other than eggs and berries. The berries were really good.

I would like to have a microwave and more coffee in my room. I didn't request room service and my room phone was not working but not a big dal though for me.

Hotel was clean & room was spacious - the bed was super comfortable & the breakfast was decent

The o my negative would be that they didn’t put out enough breakfast. So make sure you get there early enough before they shut it down. Seemed like 30 minutes til breakfast closed, there were slim pickings & nothing got replenished.

the breakfast was really good with different selections to choose. the location was wonderful. Close to shopping and walking to destinations. the staff were wonderful and extremely helpful. Room was great! Plenty of room for me and my family.

The 2nd floor smelled like dogs. Was told it was designated pet friendly. Glad not to be on that floor. Even when staff clean it it still carries a terrible odor. Everyone does not like dogs and many children have allergies including mine. Glad we did not leave with asthma attacks.

Location and ease of check in and coming and going during stay.

When I came down for breakfast, there wasn't any food and staff was closing and putting everything up. There wasn't any coffee or something to drink. There was still an hour left to serve breakfast.

The staff was very friendly towards our two doggos. The room was big and spacious enough for them to play a bit in. The bed, queen size, was comfortable and was able to fit all 4 of us. The room was very clean when we entered and breakfast was good.

Nothing really to complain about! Even if it was being renovated the noise level was done during the day time hours a little bit after breakfast.

Very convenient and close to all types of places. Very clean and welcoming!

They were doing construction right up front at the entrance which made getting in and out a little confusing but it wasn't terrible.

The Staff were so friendly and helpful! The location was great if you are going to Ameris Amphitheater. Also the water pressure in the shower was outstanding!

The bathroom is terribly small. You can barely close the door. It's that tight. I also hate when hotels put the vanity and sink as part of the room vs. Part of the bathroom enclosure. Only the shower and toilet were behind a door. Would have been so much better if they moved the door in front of the sink and vanity.

The fact that an upscale place would only have one elevator in use and that one only had the power to push the up button. The fact that housekeeping didn't come in at any time during our stay. When I told them one of the springs popped out the couch they did nothing
