Great value while on close proximity to shows and places of interest. Clean and comfortable rooms and great breakfast options. Especially appreciated the extra efforts of front desk staff to help a family get situated in a sister hotel after an apparent incomplete registration.

Our request for rooms close to each other was not fulfilled even though reservations were made months in advance. We were located on 2 different floors. It would be nice to have four towels available in double queen rooms.

Location, breakfast selection, room, staff, all good.

Breakfast was good but the area was to small to accomodate guest when hotel is full. Breakfast staff was trying hard to keep up with demand but to many guests trying to have breakfast at the same time 9:00-9:30. May want to consider extending breakfast time to 10 or 10:30 to help ease the flow. It is Las Vegas people may want to sleep in a little longer. Beds were not mounted properly to bedframe.

Housekeeping needs to be requested a day in advance. Noisy airconditioning, no free daily water but there are convenient stores nearby.

Terrible customer service. I could not get receipt upon departure. I emailed and called. It took 10 days to respond to my messaging on Bookings.com I had to get a customer service rep from Bookings to call the hotel to get a receipt. Terribly understaffed. Not knowledgeable employees.

We had a great 1 night stay in this hotel. It is comfortable, quiet and well appointed. The breakfast was simple but good. The pillows on the bed are excellent, and the beds are comfortable. We had a late flight and were able to get a late checkout and were still able to enjoy the gym and pool after that, and complimentary coffee until we had to leave. We were also able to store our bags. This was very helpful and appreciated. The hotel is a short walk to the main strip and also close to the airport, but is quiet. I would recommend this hotel.

We love the cleanliness and helpful demeanor of the staff, particularly the young girl named Micah. She's exceptionally helpful. The room was new and exceptionally clean. Our room was fronting the Vegas Strip with bright neon lights of the skyscrapers adding splendour to the view outside the room. The breakfast has good variety and we enjoyed it. I can recommend this property to the visitors of Las Vegas Great value for money.

I wish I won't say anything negative but needs to have the additional personal amenities like bathrobe, sleepers and shower caps. The water pressure in the shower could be stronger. Overall it's still a great property to stay.

The room is beautiful and comfortable. It's located on the south end of The Strip. There is no casino downstairs. Thus the place is always quiet and the smell in the lobby is always pleasant. There is a mini self-service table top for hot water and coffee. The morning breakfast selection is excellent.

It's about 10 to 15 mins walk to reach the MGM Grand Station.

The breakfast seems monotonous and limited, they could have added more varieties. Also, there could have been at least 1 complimentary bottled water in the room

Great location, close to MGM Grand Monorail Station (15min walk), the breakfast is good, different options and staff is corteous. There's a 24h Denny's restaurant pretty close, which is convenient if you're heading back to the hotel late night. Pictures attached are the view from the guest window.

Room was clean, however the bathroom was not so clean. The glass sliding shower door was dirty on the top, I needed to clean it before having a shower. This was the only thing I didn't like about the hotel in general.
