Location of hotel was quite central and easy to get around. We could easily go up and down the strip on the strip bus as there was as stop right near the hotel. Walking to mid strip eg, Bellagio fountain wasn't too far (maybe 20 min walk). Room was modern, clean and spacious, as we had 2 Queen beds. The beds & pillows were comfy. There was an ice bucket in our room and an ice machine on our level. There were a lot of restaurants within the hotel & a nice variety of options. We ate downstairs for breakfast daily, and most nights for dinner too. I was really happy with the location of NYNY as I spent a lot of time considering where to stay for our group.

I was disappointed we had to pay access to go into NYNY Piano bar (US$10 to stand or US$30 to sit) especially as we were guests of the hotel. The shower pressure was weak and temperature could have been hotter at times (but this could of just been our room). There was no fridge in the room.

The Chin Chin bills are misleading. It gives impression that the Tips are not included As the bill gives customer the choice of Tips Which gives customer impression that Tips are not added but on fact the Tips have already been added based on 18%! I thought it was not included so I added Tips in cash twice!

Location was good, luved the rollercoaster and it wasn’t too big.

The pool wasn’t big and unfortunately wasn’t always open. In fact they gave us money back because we had booked a cabana for the day and they decided not to open the pool.

The decor and theme in the casino is very nice with its authentic-feeling new York streets and buildings. The location is central with quick and easy access to other surrounding casinos. The room is large and comfortable, clean and the access system with the card to your dedicated floor is great. A large choice of restaurants and fast food (not too expensive compared to the rest of the strip). This hotel and casino has everything you need to stay in. Very nice and well-equipped gym, not too packed. Good value for money for a stay during the week, on weekend, prices can go other the roof.. same with extension and last minute booking.

Parking fee is an extra, resort fees and hidden costs from booking.com reservation. Bathroom is a little outdated, the TV quality is rubbish. The pool has nothing special, not many umbrellas for the amount of seats.

It's cute and fun. Love the city design. The roller coaster is insane. I think more people would ride it if it was cheaper. It's clean. Shopping is great. Food selection is good. Great for kids. Great access to other things nearby. I did have a question about staff that

Staff unhappy about personal check in. Everything is an app, QR code, DIY. It's expensive to stay there. Hotel check in staff could be more friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay and thought we picked one of the best locations in Vegas.

When we first arrived, we thought we had done the wrong thing, as Australians our laws prevent smoking indoors and it was extremely difficult to put up with the smell of smoke, i would hate to be an asthmatic. When we moved around, we found the MGM grand has a no smoking policy which i believe should be adopted throughout, they could have special areas which are vented to the external of the hotel for smoking guests only, apart from that we very much enjoyed the stay.

Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. Great value for money

Room was large and comfortable and we had a great view of the coaster from our window. Hotel had so much to see inside, including the Hershey store. I had my teenage daughter with me so it was nice to have the hotel located close to family appropriate sites like the M&M and Coca-Cola stores and other hotels with shows. Even though the hotel was very large, it was easy to get around and had plenty of food options to choose from if you don’t want to go anywhere else. We arrived early and were able to pay a little extra to get into our room early.

Drain in our bathtub was clogged. Drop off to get checked in to get our key card for parking wasn’t as easy as we would have liked.
