Staff excellent. Good room for family with 2 small children + dog. Hotel is near a lovely park.

We went to the wrong mercure (it’s not clear that there are 2 Mercure hotels at the airport). We ended up spending an hour trying to find the free shuttle (after a long flight), we were told to get on a train, and then ended up at wrong hotel, and had to pay 40 euros for 7 minute journey to correct hotel in a taxi who was a rip off merchant. The poor signage isn’t really the hotel’s fault but they could make this clear when you book. For those reading this review the shuttle bus is outside terminal 2D for the check in desk 3 for Easy Jet. Dont take CDGVAL as we were told to do.

Liked the location and the facilities were excellent, especially the grab and go food options, games area and outside seating / bar. Didn’t try dining as Roissy itself is a few minutes walk and a pleasant place to gang out, with a number of bistro, convenience food sellers, supermarkets. There’s an excellent boulangerie just round the corner too. Hotel staff were a highlight being extra friendly and helpful, maybe the Olympics effect!

Floors for rooms were a bit tired and dark, but understandable for a high traffic hotel

Comfortable, clean, quiet, restaurant good. Stayed just 1 night but we were pleased with this hotel. Convenient shuttle service back to CDG airport.

We had arrived at CDG airport and showed a taxi driver the name and location of this hotel (Mercure Paris Roissy CDG). She incorrectly dropped us at Mercure Paris CDG Airport & Convention. We were not familiar with this area or these hotels so we didn’t realize the mistake until trying to checkin. We then had to Uber to our correct hotel. Similarity of hotel names caused confusion.

All the staff was helpful. A big thank you to Mr. Emmanuel, who managed to fix my shirt. Very good service, clean, nice lobby.

There are 2 Mercure hotels next to CDG, so people might get confused in which one they are booking. One just adjacent to the airport, and one 5 min away by bus. So one has to be careful. Other than this, all is fine.

Excellent location - close to airport but with adjacent parkland & 5 minute walk into the township. Excellent soundproofing despite being on flight paths. Efficient & friendly staff. Very comfortable bed & good shower. Endless chilled water available for guests in the foyer was a welcome amenity.

Garden area was great, but dining with smoking allowed there made it unpleasant.

Room was great and clean, staff was very kind and multilingual, and the entire building looked great.

Shuttle to/from airport was pretty confusing, especially finding it in the airport and paying for tickets. At the very least, would love if a copy of the ticket once bought was sent to the purchasing email.

The shuttle to the airport was great, although the app to book didn't work. The front desk kindly booked it for us. Good location for quick layover to CDG

Room was not as show on Booking.com. Disappointing. Hotels still have carpet? Curtains were shabby and why the extra cot in our room? Beds uncomfortable and squeaked terribly. Pillows uncomfortable.

Easy to find, large rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff, nice restaurant and bar and a short walk to village for other options, added bonus of having a car detailer on site.

Parking was expensive but to be expected I suppose at an airport hotel in Paris

I would have liked to have bedroom slipper but apparently not all clients can have them!

If restaurant staff can ask less questions or add remarks especially in the morning it would be better for the clients to enjoy the breakfast

Everything was nice and clean and the bed was super comfy. It was just what we need for a mid trip rest and it was close enough to the airport to save time.

Not really linked to the hotel but when booking the shuttle service, keep in mind that it stops at a few hotels on route to the airport so are they extra time. We missed our flight because of this.
