The food was great, the private beach was the main winner here, every night had entertainment, really good drinks there disco played good music from all genres, the staff was top tier, the jerk chicken on the beach was great too

There was only 2 restaurants and one I believe you had to pay for, which made no sense if it’s an inclusive hotel ?, I booked a garden or pool View room and was given a road view which was noisy in the morning, busy and the rooms needed a tad bit upgrade with there batheroom showers esp.

Food was on point. Breakfast was also amazing. The scenery around the compound was also great. The beach was also amazing. I love the setup would recommend to anyone.

The gym wasn't up to standard. it needs a little more attention where it comes to the availability of equipment and cleanness. Staff weren't aware of special request made days before booking in. That was my only issue, but you guys made every effort to make it special

We liked the local vibe of the resort. The food was good, always fresh and nicely presented. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The grounds were meticulously groomed. The beach was clean, and there were always plenty of chairs available.

We didn't like that there were minimal food options between 5:30pm and 7pm. We would have preferred the dinner service to start at 6:00pm. The coffee bar wasn't always well serviced. An option might be to have a designated coffee bar that is maintained properly and readily available all day and into the evening with maybe options for cappuccino, etc, and with little snacks.

The buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner was delicious! The mostly Jamaican flare and excellent servers made the dining experience 5 star! The beaches are wonderful with many water sport activities. Also there is a grille which serves hotdog, hamburgers and jerk chicken along with plenty of refreshing drinks! We loved our time in the cabanas and swimming. The entertainment was great and the piano bar a very special sing along experience. It was a perfect vacation for our wedding anniversary celebration!

The water flow would stop flowing at certain times. Also there was construction work going on outside our room that started early in the morning.

The beach was beautiful and nice. The food was great. The location beautiful. The place was clean and some of the staff were very pleasant. I enjoyed the entertainment.

The bartenders were grumpy, their faces were unpleasant. The room was good but the bathroom was uncomfortable, it has some black stains that was insightful.

The attention during the check-in and check-out was good, they were always ready to answer any question that was asked of them. The breakfasts met expectations, there were fruits, yogurt, salads, meats, sweets and omelets for all tastes. The lunches didn't have many varieties, I think because at that time not many people eat food and prefer lighter things at the snack bars. For our taste it was not the best. The food was better than lunch, but the meals are aimed more at national guests than international ones. The beach and pool are pleasant areas to enjoy. The pool and beach bar offer a variety of drinks and cocktails that make your stay pleasant. The staff in general works to provide better service and make you feel pleased at all times. In our case, the room they gave us smelled musty or closed for a while, but they immediately gave us another room that had better conditions. The nightclub, although small, allows you to enjoy it to the fullest. The music is good and varied, although they never played salsa music.

The tube that holds the shower curtain has a chain unsightly. The tables in the beach bar area are dirty and there is no staff to collect and clean them. The food in the beach area is reduced to hot dogs and hamburgers. At a specific time (no more than 1 hour) they apparently take the beef, chicken or ribs left over from lunch to offer it to the public. In the pool you can only eat empanadas and pizza coffee, you could think about a soda dispenser machine. In the passage area from the hotel to the beach there are the same people every day selling marijuana with an annoying attitude towards tourists. At breakfast they should have cold milk so that there is no need to provide iced milk for cereal.

The gardens were peaceful. The staff was friendly and helpful. The property is in an ideal location from airport, the hip strip in Montego Bay, and other popular cities in Jamaica like Ocho Rios and Negril.

The room could have used a mirror besides the bathroom. It had an ironing board but no iron. The shower could have used at least one soap dish or shelf to hold soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. No blankets, had to ask for some.

This place is literally 5 mins from the airport. You could actually walk to it if you wanted haha. We always go to dead end beach as soon as we arrive and I happened to see this hotel a little further down. Its all inclusive and that made our day. The pool is super deep, which was a nice change from the 4ft pools at other hotels. They had authentic jamaican meals and amazing options for breakfast. The drinks are always on point. The icing on the cake is the beach is right across the street, and your all inclusive meals and drinks are available on the beach as well. Staff are awesome, friendly and the entertainment was lively. We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay there.

The room was outdated, smelled like mold, the windows had condensation and the bathroom was wierdly situation by having to step up into it. I would stay again but next time I'd try to secure a better room.

The staff is outstanding! Never felt more welcomed and looked after.

The opening of the beach is very late for traveller's who want to get a nice swim in b4 breakfast.

The stay was good. Great value for price paid. The staff was courteous. The facility was quiet and easy to navigate. The Italian Restaurant was exquisite both the service from the host and waitress, the 5 course meal was a lovely experience, it execeeded our expectation, it's a must try so make reservations in advance of your stay. We will definitely revisit. Also, the beach area was very relaxing, with world class views of the sea where you can see the various planes coming in and out.

Not a big deal, but some upgrade to the pool area with a more modern concept, and room shower/bathroom facility.
