The pillows were terrible. No one likes feathers sticking them when they are trying to sleep. Please get better pillows for us please. I BEG.

From the moment we checked in until our departure, everything about our stay at Hotel 39 in Montego Bay was exceptional. I was warmly greeted by the lovely Brittany, whose excellent customer service, kindness, and beautiful smile made every interaction a pleasure. Nevada was also a shining star, consistently going above and beyond to ensure out stay was comfortable. His commitment to service was truly remarkable. I would like to recognize these two outstanding individuals for their dedication and exceptional work. Kudos to the management for having such a fantastic team—I can't wait to return!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel 39, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The room was immaculate, modern, and spacious, with every amenity I could ask for. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I appreciated the little touches like the complimentary bottled water and high-quality toiletries. The view from my room was breathtaking, and it was clear that the hotel took great care in designing a relaxing and stylish environment.

Good location and friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was included and delicious. Room was nice and spacious. Nice setup with a mini fridge.

Although was good stay, seemed like still a work in progress. Wasn’t fond of the shower design. Seems it needed either a couple inch wall on the floor and/or a longer strip to keep the water from going over from shower area. Also glass to extend further would probably help.

Centrally located, clean and comfortable accommodation. The staff are professional, friendly and very accommodating. We had to do an impromptu trip to Montego Bay. Hotel 39 accommodated us after midnight and allowed us to checkout at 4pm. It was a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was great. The food in general was great. However, the cost could have been better. It’s a bit pricey and portion sizes are small.

Meals are pricey, nightly rate was a little expensive without included breakfast and no comforters on the beds. Some music in the nighttime and the bar needs to open later.

I’m so amazed at the transformation of this property under the new ownership! It has a cool south beach feel to it with the open air reception area and modern caribbean chic decor. U enter and instantly feel like you’re on vacation with the bar off the right and all the staff is so pleasant

Decor and breakfast.

Property only accepts cash. I also did not like the property and only had one server for breakfast. Although the one server that was there was very cheerful and attentive to all, considering she was the only server, I felt badly for her. I think she needs help.

Breakfast was excellent. We also paid for lunch in the restaurant and it was very tasty. The room was comfortable

The wait time at breakfast was a little long, but the food made up for the wait. The bathroom had an issue with the shower design
