This hotel is generally good value for money, clean rooms, friendly staff, a basic gym with a reasonable pool. Two restaurant options, indian and bar menu. The food was nice, decent portion sizes, however still a little overpriced for some items.

Kids food menu was very limited and they were unable to offer alternative options for children other than what was on the menu. My son wanted a plain burger which wasnt an option therefore i had to pay £15.99 off the adult menu and request all additional ingredients were removed i.e cheese, mayo, coleslaw etc, and still had to pay full price for a patty in a bun. We also had to pay extra for swimming and parking, which I feel should be included in the hotel price. Also breakfast is quite expensive especially for children who only eat a slice of toast (£6.99 for children, £15 for adults)

Everything! The private car park. The beautiful looking and smelling reception, staff couldn’t of been more helpful. The room was lovely, very clean and a lovely size. Bathroom was lovely with beautiful white towels. plenty of tea / coffee items in the room and staff gladly supplied more (we like our tea) on request. we had an evening meal and as one of us is celiac the staff assured us which dishes were suitable and we couldn’t fault it. The same with the breakfast the next morning. It was close to Windsor horse show which we had travelled to watch . We will definitely book again when we need accommodation .

car parking charges for guests at any hotel this is a rip off

The hotel was the cheapest for a family of 5 (in 2 rooms). We were looking for a hotel where we could park our car and that had a pool for the kids in the evening, and was close to Heathrow. After booking, we were notified that parking and the pool were both extra costs, which was not explained in advance. However, once we got to the hotel, we were pleased with the facility, the reception staff was friendly, we had rooms close to each other, and all in all were happy with the stay. The drive to Heathrow in the morning took maybe 15 minutes.

We booked the Copthorne last minute after a flight delay gave us a day near Heathrow. The hotel is in a good location with a covered parking garage, a big plus in the pouring rain. The rooms were very nice and spotless. We ordered dinner from the hotel - very tasty and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. The pool was a big plus for us - you need to reserve a time at the desk and pay a small fee to use the spa, but it was very nice with showers and a lockeroom. Very pleasantly surprised at how nice everything was, especially with the inexpensive price.

Room was clean in areas in needed a bit of a refurb/paint the bathroom needed grouting in areas but it was fine. In was quiet in the room although a busy area, bed was comfy, and the room was spacious enough. Great to have the iron and board. Parking on site good too. All staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Desperate needed early booking as we had a funeral to attend, I phoned the hotel during the weekend before our arrival in the Monday gave my details and she said that was arranged. I had to pay £10 to book in at 1pm instead of 2pm I thought that was cheeky and then when we got there I had a coffee in the bar as I was even earlier then went to the desk at 1pm to be told the room wasn’t ready so waited a bit more I said I need to get change asap as I had a funeral to attend at 2pm we for sorted out with a room a few minutes later but I think they change the room allocation.

Great location for LEGOLAND and only 20 minutes from the train into London. Staff very helpful during my visit and was more than happy to help with requests.

My only gripe is the additional charges for parking and gym / leisure facilities. We didn’t want to use the gym however an extra £10 for parking seems unfair for people staying at the hotel. I would understand having a charging facility for those that aren’t staying at the hotel but surely the parking should be free for guests. Maybe it’s a London thing.

Front of house staff amazing, hotel clean and tidy, good meal in bar/seating area watching sky sports with a pint of guiness. Nothing appeared to much hassle. Lovely looking hotel in all.

Rooms were very warm. Air con didnt work and was blowing out warm air when set at 15 degrees when the stat shown 22 degrees. Breakfast was poor. Was told the buffet style was not on today (i think they dont do it if hotel is not busy which is understandable due to costs,but was not aware of this until i was seated at my table) i was hand delivered a full english which was not the best with sloppy bacon and eggs. Not much choice with cereal or fruit either. I was seated next to coffee machine where staff decided to unbox stock and make so much noise and racket. Apart from this an amazing stay at very short notice.

the club room was large and comfortable spacious and the bed was excellent medium to firm mattress with coffee and tea provided the facilities staff gym spa sauna swimming pool excellent free complimentary drinks were provided as well

there was no heating in the room the hotel engineer cam and fixed but we had to move as the room we booked had a door leasing to next room as was occupied lot of laughter enjoyment was going on not relaxing for us hence had to move to another room good as the one we were in alas no heating here as well called reception we had to call again half hour later then they sent us a heater free standing one was in a bad shape as was cold asked again second heater was sent had to pay for parking as well but we managed all and had a very good stay
