Our rooms were clean and comfortable with a good supply of tea/coffee etc. The beds were very comfortable. Considering the inn was based at a service station, we were not disturbed by noise. The staff at the inn were welcoming, in particular Zoe and Katie.

We had vouchers for breakfast, but there was very little choice if you wanted to eat there later. The only place open in the roadchef was McDonalds. Due to the situation of the inn, it meant a drive out to find somewhere to eat in the evening. However there was a short walk from there to the village of Tibshelf, where we found an excellent Indian restaurant.

Good room, helpful staff. Excellent wifi. Good facilities at Tibshelf Services for food etc.

Noisy neighbours in next room. Two groups arrived at 1.30 pm and all gathered in the room next door talking loudly. Impossible to sleep so I got up and spoke to reception. They immediately came up and the group quietened down for a while but still kept my partner awake. Fortunately my hearing is not so good. Next time we would ask for a room which doesn't have another room next to it eg room no. 22. Fortunately most guests are more considerate and respect other people's need of a good nights sleep.

Was very clean, spacious and accommodated us with our dog. Had loads of extra pillows, blankets etc. Our dog legit loved it so much there he didn’t want to leave when we had to go out. Staff were excellent and so kind and helpful. We will stay here again for sure as we have family in the area and if we ever travel again will use this chain. Super happy with the value for money and quality of it.

No advertising or information about the local pubs and restaurants in the area, we found a lovely local pub restaurant in the neighbouring village of tibshelf called the George and dragon and the food and the service was excellent and friendly staff so I got a menu and contact details from the pub to put in the reception of the hotel for future guests but the cleaner put it behind the reception desk which is not manned 24 hours so how will people know where is good to eat instead of the fast food outlets in the services needs addressing and could keep future guests very happy to know about the local area and the places they can go outside of the service area

The staff are lovely, friendly and welcoming. The room generally is fine. All that's required really is a bed and a bathroom. I also wouldn't hesitate staying here again as the hotel is very reasonably priced.

The room I was in was slightly run down. It possibly needs a bit of a refresh. There were stains on the surfaces in the bathroom and the radiator was the loudest thing known to man in the middle of the night. The walls are thin too. I had a few noisy neighbours during my stay.

Great value for money, really handy as it next to the Services, so plently of fast food, coffees etc... My room was clean, comfortable, warm, good tv and wifi etc..... Staff are lovely. It was quiet albeit that the hotel was full (didn't notice). I rate this as my number one budget hotel (though too nice to be classed as budget) as I stay away frequently for work and I need to keep my expenses low. Bargin

Good size rooms, ideal location for where we were travelling to and it was quiet. Staff were polite

Rooms could of been cleaner, in our room under the desk looked like previous guests had spilt coffee on the wall and it was still there and there was a wet dirty towel on the shelf when we got in there

I could come and go without any hassle, lark outside, and had the basi requirements needed for a couple of nights stay, and it was clean.

The shower head looked old or dirty. I did not know how to work it as the water only dribbled from the tap, and the room was cold for some of the time.. However, I never brought this to the staffs attention, so it was my fault for not giving them the opportunity to rectify any of the above.

Bathroom as ok - bath with a shower over - I would prefer a shower cubicle but that's just personal preference. Comfortable bed. Good size desk which is great when you have to work. Good budget hotel which provides just what you need for a night or two when working away from home.

Located in a motorway service area which is very convenient and parking charge included, but not the smartest MSA and the only food available at 9.00 was McD's. I am OK with McD's but would have liked more choice!

Kind and friendly welcome at the reception, dog-friendly hotel with enough green space around for walks; the weather was horrible when we stayed there with rain and strong wind yet the room was cozy and warm. We booked a family room and it was very spacious.

The bathroom could do with a refurbishment but we still enjoyed our stay.
