We love the spa and sauna facilities! the water temp hot and cold was all on point. Loved the outdoor hot tub and sauna too. The fact that the usage is unlimited is also a great deal! The hotel team was very generous in surprising us with a bottle of champagne and fruits for our anniversary and it really made my wife happy! Thank you very much!

At peak hours the spa was packed with people. Would have appreciated it if there was a 18+ only section for a more relaxed atmosphere. Some kids were jumping in the pool very aggressively, ignoring rules (yes, not the fault of the hotel)

- Well-maintained and well-planned hotel near the sea, public transport and several restaurants and cafes - The sauna and swimming area is pleasant with inside and outside areas and can keep both adults and children activated for days - Pleasant spa centre with a multitude of treatments, friendly staff and good consultation - Great eye to details, for example that I was congratulated on my birthday and bathrobes for kids

I cannot complain about anything. The only detail that I reacted on was that the bathroom light button is located behind the bathroom door.

The location is great, next to the beach, there's a lot of trees around, so lovely to take walks. The spa facilities were good - several saunas and also the possibility to have a morning swim in the pool. Breakfast buffet food was also rich a good. The staff spoke several languages and was polite and warm.

1)The AC. On the first night we thought it's not working. But on the second day we pushed some random buttons and it started working, so would appreciate some instructions. 2)Would have thought that for such a hotel you would have a kettle in the the room, but no. 3) the WiFi was bad in the rooms on several floors

This is our second visit to this hotel in after ten years. Personel is nice and everyone is greeting you. We upgraded room on site with extra fee and were given spacious room on 11th floow with large windows and a great view. Comfortable bed, nice bathroom and separate toilet. At evening we took the Buffet dinner and it had good selection. Breakfast was rich and to my great surprise it had more fish options than meat. SPA area is quite crowdy, has a pool, children space, bar area and lots of great saunas. Sauna experiences are on top in this hotel and one good reason to visit it!

One of our guest rooms was too small for the furniture. Our bill included a number of charges from different guests (5? Extra receipts totaling €150 approx). I don’t think it was intentional and the error was remedied without problem, but something to be aware of. There was no designated area for guests to dine in the pool area. All tables were occupied by towels/ clothing of guests swimming etc(NOT eating or drinking).

The food at the restaurant and breakfast was superb! The staff was helpful and friendly. The sauna master Nikita was very nice and did his job super well. Very nice to have our own fridge.

The staff could have more info on paid parking outside of the parking lot, at the street. Plenty of well worded information on the parking of the (over capacity) premises but no words on the street parking situation. The spaa was very nice, but super slippery. There were signs out but by the end of the day even when being extremely careful, it was a hazard. The spaa could have been open for a little longer as well.

It was not our first stay in this hotel and definitely not the last. Although the hotel was full of guests, the SPA was not overloaded. The restaurant was not overcrowded during breakfast and dinner time. The food was delicious. Also, we like the large range of saunas in the SPA center.

More showers for washing between saunas and the swimming pool would make the overall impression even better.

The staff members were very friendly and helpful, comfy rooms with wonderful views, and great spa and sauna rituals. The breakfasts are fairly basic but still have everything you might possibly need. I am very thankful to the hotel staff for taking our preferences into consideration. It was a lovely stay

It is obviously no 5-star hotel and is slowly aging, but it's clear it's well taken care of and for its price - it was perfect.

Nice big enough room with lovely bathroom, good breakfast and loved that spa was open quite long, beach is just around the corner for lovely walks.

Cost for a small dog (5 kg) was 20.- per night so a bit expensive. Battery of the room TV remote were so empty and the remote was so old, that it was almost impossible to get the TV open and change channels. Parking lot is a bit small, if you arrive later in the evening there is hard time to find a place for parking.

Narva- Jõesuu is a nice place, rooms were comfortable, it´s very close to the beach...breakfast was rather good, but coffee was not. Spas are not rare in Estonia, I´m not sure I understand what the ultimate sale argument is, considering the price.

Price - which is too high!
