1. Location. If there is no need or urge to stay in the heart of the old town and you want to explore the neighbourhood of the art district of Telliskivi, this is the best location for the hotel. Mostly all desired locations are within walking distance. 2. Price-quality ratio. Best value for money that was on the market for the booking period (early January after the holidays and not at peak tourist activity). 3. General cleanliness. The common areas looked pretty tidy despite the season and weather conditions. The apartments looked absolutely spotless 👌 4. Wide range of amenities. In 25 square metres there is absolutely everything you need and more! Iron with ironing board, fan, washing machine, dishwasher, detergents, kitchenware for all occasions and even yoga mats. 5. Perhaps one of the decisive reasons for booking this hotel was the marketing as an environmentally responsible and carbon neutral. Opportunity for autonomy in cleaning, waste sorting and temperature control was a huge personal plus. + The property is part of a housing estate and shares common areas with the permanent residents of the home. Please be respectful and do your best not to disturb the inhabitants.

1. Bunk bed. Despite the comfort of the bed and bedding in general, the construction itself seems rather flimsy and unstable. In addition, the bed was banging against the wall at the slightest movement, so it had to be moved aside, which only added to the instability. 2. Informational noise. The amount of spam Bob sends you throughout the whole time starting from completing your booking, during and after the stay is ENORMOUS! Leaves a traumatic feeling of being followed and watched at every step. 3. Minor faults. Slightly bent armchair, availability of only menthol tea, rust in the washing machine (from broken pins left in a small amount of water), give the general impression of an oversight in cleaning and hence the rating of 9/10.

Perfect location - easy walk to old town, and the hip Telliskivi neighborhood is right outside your door! Easy to catch public transit as well. For a solo traveler (or a couple), I thought the layout and space was ideal. I loved having access to the in unit washing machine (with detergent). Also loved the coffee and kitchen for cooking meals. I thought it was a nice touch to have the furnishings locally made, as well as universal charging cords in the unit. I really feel like the space was well thought out. Great communication via WhatsApp - I asked a lot of questions lol and got responses right away!

Just a heads up that apparently the smoke alarms get set off easily - it took me a minute to figure out how to use the fan above the stove. Before cooking, I would just make sure you know how to turn it on! There was a small sign that said if the alarm goes off, you will be fined. And during my stay, a fire alarm did go off in the building! The local authorities were quick to arrive and get us all back in the building quickly. Gym access is not within the building itself. I was fine with that as I didn't end up using it, but think it would be good to know beforehand.

The apartment was perfect: bright, cheery, clean, with just enough space for a small dining and living area. It also had everything we needed for our stay - free toiletries, toilet rolls, hairdryer - and crucially a washing machine. We tend to cook breakfast and some dinners when we travel. So importantly for us, the well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed - the right-sized and right number of pans and pots and spatulas/ladles, large fridge and good range of dinnerware and utensils. This included dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent (for washing up a small number of items), dish sponge and wiping cloth. Some of the similar places we have stayed in don't provide the kitchen/washing up items and it is troublesome to go off in search to buy them, then carry them around with us for several weeks for the rest of our trip in case the other places we have booked don't offer them. It is also a few minutes walk from a good-sized supermarket. The building exterior looks attractive and the premises felt very secure. Highly recommended!

We were told we'd receive the door code 24 hours or on the day of our check in. We were scheduled to arrive at around 10 pm and became anxious when still hadn't received any such code even we were about to board our flight that evening. We had already sent several messages the day before but only received the generic bot replies. As we were boarding our flight, we finally got Booking's number and called. We managed to get the info finally but it was unnerving.

Bob W's room are always cosy and stylish, tried the Telliskivi one for the first time. The location is great if you would like to focus on discovering the Telliskivi area. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen has everything one needs.

I'd believe what I did not like is quite personal, so others might not mind these at all. We found it a bit uncomfortable to have the bathroom right behind the bed area, and we're a bit disturbed by the mirrors facing the bed. There was also a water cut in the building for several hours, but of course this is not Bob W's fault. Yet it added a bit of a crisis moment into our day as we were just preparing to go out.

Clean, great location in the heart of Telliskivi. Excellent facilities including the shower and the kitchenette. Bed was a good level of firmness. Sun rises into the apartment which was nice and the hand wash was lovely. A good carbon neutral place. Came for a birthday and was offered some vegan chocolates complementary which was a nice touch.

Quite noisy in the surrounding area even with earplugs. Difficult to exit the bed if you’re sharing because it’s up against the wall. Check in wasn’t as straightforward as we thought - luggage room is far away from the apartment, and took some time to get the codes.

Very modern apartment in Telliskivi area. It has a kitchenette with everything necessary to make a simple meal for ourselves. Salt, pepper and cooking oil was also provided. Tea and coffee making facilities available. There is a code access to the building and apartment - all the information was sent on WhatsApp in due time before our arrival. Guests can use washing machine and clothes drying rack in their apartment. Breakfast provided in two cafeterias nearby - we did Reval Cafe which is literally around the corner, they serve breakfast till 3pm on weekends, late morning meals were very convenient for us.

Perfect stay for couple of days. The room has everything you would need, including kitchen essential like tea and coffee. We even had some small chocolate eggs with nice greeting card left to the room since we were visiting during the Easter holiday. Room was nice, clean, bright and comfy. We were provided a code to access Myfitness Gym in Balti Jaam (for free), which we used and enjoyed. They accommodated early check-in for us (with an extra fee) on a last notice, which was nice.

We did not use the breakfast option (with additional fee), as the Reval cafe was just around the corner and you could go and order the same without the voucher that you could buy from them.

Our first experience with Bob W. Communication with Bob is only electronic, but there could be less messages sent, it's a little annoying. The apartment is very well equipped. There is even a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location is very good. Lots of restaurants, bars and clubs nearby. You can walk to the city center in about 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes the local market with many eateries. Parking space can be found in the surrounding streets. The breakfasts at the nearby Reval Café were absolutely wonderful. The cafe is located 2 minutes from the accommodation. The second option, Fika Cafe, is more for a snack than breakfast.

There are certain things that bother me a bit: The bathroom is very small, that's okay, but there is only a shower curtain and a bad slope of the floor for the drain. The bathroom is wet and humid afterwards. The ventilation did not work very well. The mattress on the bed moves to the side, so you have to straighten it every day. I also missed a wardrobe near the bed. The last problem was with communication regarding breakfast. I had a free breakfast through Booking.com, but Bob didn't get the message. So I had to communicate with both Booking and Bob. Fortunately, both parties were quick to respond and breakfast was included. The fitness center is not located in the building, but by the markets, it should be noted.

Loved the amenities and facilities and that we get access to a fully fledged gym. Easy check-in and check-out (great customer service). In this place, you get the perks of a hotel but also feel homey and cozy with a fully equipped apartment (kitchen, washing machine..). Also nice location with a very nice hipster area close by, great bakery and coffee shop close by (Fika) and art center and restaurant (fotografiska) and only 20 minutes walk from the old town. We would definitely stay again.

Bob W is the best place to stay in! They have thought about all of the little details: kitchen was full with all amenities you need for a stay, there is iron and proper hairdryer. The room is so compact and functional. The common area design is amazing and spacey. There was complimentary filter coffee and tea too. Everything was super clean! We loved everything! The area is also super cool. Just 2 minutes walking distance there is the hip area with cool bars, restaurants and murals on the walls. I look forward to staying here again in my next trip.
