Location is in central Old Town. Apartment is spacious with good view to pedestrian street. TV and fridge.

Checkin process is cumbersome and takes lot of time, you only learn about it after made payment commitment in booking.com. For example you need to make photo of document and of yourself. You get 7-8 emails during process and it all takes 30-45 minutes (if you make some mistake in forms). For that sole reason I would never book this apartment again. There are so many other choices in Old Town, without such hassle.

The location was perfect - right in the middle of the Old Town. The layout was very spacious and perfect for two people. The bed was comfy, the kitchen was well-equipped, the living room was perfect. It was such a beautiful place to stay! We had one issue with a window that wouldn’t close properly and they sent someone to fix it in 20 minutes! They also asked us if we would like to send them a cleaner half way through our trip which was much appreciated!

Being in the Old Town (especially in summer) means that it can get a little loud on the street outside. The bedroom is set further back in the property to accommodate this and we got to sleep fine, but if you are a light sleeper this might be something to keep in mind!

The location is excellent and everything is provided for your stay. The apartment and furniture are very modern. Loved that tea, sugar, ground coffee filters, salt and pepper were provided. The beds were comfortable and the apartment is spacious. Communication from the property was fantastic and it was easy to find and get the key.

The coffee table was wobbly, I was nervous moving it to get out the sofa bed! It was hot and when the windows are open there is a lot of street noise. Please, please, put a fan in the apartment, that would have made such a difference.

The apartment was clean and up to the standard shown on the pictures. The check-in and communication was easy. All in all very good and what you expect for the price.

I understand that there might have been previous problems with parties or similar. I didn't like the 100 euro deposit policy (which was not clear when booking on the booking.com website) and several signs/memos of fines for noise, moving furniture and all, made an uneasy feeling. Would I get a 200 Eur fine for moving a table closer to the electric socket? :) I still wonder...

The location of the apartment is amazing, literally 15 seconds walk from the main square in the old town. The apartment itself was lovely, very well decorated and comfortable with everything we needed for a weekend away. We particularly enjoyed fresh coffee from the percolator, and the fridge kept my honey beer super cold. Gaining access to the apartment was super easy and the host gave perfect instructions. We will absolutely be visiting again.

The only minor point of feedback I would give is that 4 pillows would have been better than 2. But honestly I am really nit picking here, we absolutely loved this apartment and we loved Tallinn.

Lovely apartment right by the town square right in the heart of old town so got to enjoy the sights without needing to travel. The apartment was easy to access with key collection from a lock box and luggage lockers available for use before and after check out. Kitchen and laundry facilities available within the apartment and a lovely little balcony which would be great on warmer days. I would stay here again!

From booking to check out the staff were quick to message/reply, so polite and helpful! The location is right by the town hall, perfect for seeing the city on foot. The apartment was bigger than I had expected, everything needed is provided. There is a shared balcony so no need to go up and down the stairs for a smoke which is great. There is a lot of reviews with low ratings relating to the lack of a lift but what do you expect in the middle of the Old Town? Also, any other issues which may arise only need to be reported so they can fix it for you. I will continue to stay here for future visits.

Everything really was perfect and great value for money. It should be noted that the shower is very small so if you are very large you won't fit, there are other apartments available with more space though but this one was perfect for what I needed and within budget.

Great location, very kind and responsive host both with messages and by sending maintenance people if needed. Nice, modern kitchen and rooms. They also have a note with where to find basic facilities nearby (e.g., supermarket, etc.)

Bathroom was very basic and old looking. There was not even a little shelf to put our things on, the sink was really small. We must have had an apartment with one of the bad bathrooms, but the reality was very different from the pictures. Sofa bed was slanted so not sleeping straight, and they did not manage to fix it during our 2-day stay

Amazing old town vibe! You are directly in the main townhall, gorgeous place, nice smells and music from the restaurants! Bed was absolutely fantastic, very comfortable. Apartment is very clean, kitchen is modern and has all the things you could need, we also find a coffee/tea here. Bathroom offers you a RITUALS cosmetic! In the morning you could drink your coffee/tea in a small shared balcony with a fantastic view. In the first floor you could find a luggage storage, the entry system with a code is very nice, a key collection/return procedure was really easy. I would definetely come back here!

Bathroom requires an update, shower cabin is very tiny.

Fantastic location. Right in the centre of old town Tallinn. Lovely cafes and restaurants right around the corner. Host/customer service are amazing with super fast replies to messages etc. Key pickup and self check in is very simple and fast. Access to property is great

The heating wasn't 100% working. However the hosts/customer service are absolutely brilliant and provided us with extra heaters if they were needed. They also offered to move us for the second night however this was not needed.
