Clean, well presented room and very comfortable bed! Decent sized fridge, a microwave, a little stove, a kettle and all the pots, pans, glasses, cutlery and crockery you would need. As well as sponge, dish soap and cleaning cloth. Fantastic location, close to a lot of shopping centres and 10 minutes walk from the old town. Good amount of hanging space for a couple of jackets, coats, dresses and bags. Felt very safe and secure with the card key entry on each floor. WiFi was generally alright. I heard no street noise when the windows are closed.

Not enough clothes storage for longer stays (3+ weeks). Laundry seemed to only accept coins and you needed to bring your own washing powder. WiFi was a little bit unstable sometimes. No air conditioning or fan in the room. No tea towel and no paper towels in the kitchen. The floor always felt a bit dusty when I had bare feet even though they mop it. (The rest of the room was clean). Bathroom felt a bit dark due to the dark tiles.

I loved having everything I needed in one place like a tiny apartment. The kitchenette was well appointed, and I really appreciated the ability to save money by cooking in my room. The staff was friendly and took care of everything I asked about. I enjoyed the central location, although the extensive construction in the area was difficult to navigate at times.

The bathroom is a bit tight in regards to the placement of the shower, sink and toilet. The towels could have been softer, and I would have liked a light over the bathroom mirror. An additional shelf or perhaps drawers under the bed for storage would have a nice touch as well.

Excellent location right in the city center behind Park Inn hotel, clean and comfortable hotel. Room with wide bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. Excellent value for the money

This hotel deserves 10 points, however a little improvement must be done to get the highest rate. No air conditioning and the window opens just a a little, as a result very hot and stuffy in the room. Very small wash basin in the bathroom and no lightning of the mirror above it - difficult for men to shave. No wardrobe and very small space to hang your clothes and keep your suitcases. Preferably to provide single use (disposable) slippers

Very kind and helpful front desk personnel. Clean and comfortable room. Very good breakfast (bought separately upfront, though, as it wasn't included in the room price at the moment when we made the room reservation last spring). Not very far from the old town (1.2-1.5 km), which is reachable on foot quite easily. Anyhow, due to the huge construction site existent on the main boulevards nearby (a new tram line is being installed - due to be ready early in 2025, it seems), the bus / tram / trolley-bus lines are most probably diverted, so walking is the main transportation mean (or taxi/Bolt) to the historical area in Tallinn. The room has its own kitchen section, fully equiped with everything you need if you want to prepare your food yourselves (we didn't use it, though, as we ate in the hotel's restaurant and downtown). The hotel is close to the ferry harbour (we arrived by ferry from Helsinki, by the way), where there is also a shopping mall (Nautica), within walking distance. Regarding available public transportation means within the town, we successfully experienced both buses and Bolt.

I can't find anything that I disliked in the hotel, room or surrounding area. Tallinn is a very beautiful and clean town, which is worth visiting at least once.

Very clean property with really comfortable beds. Furniture is brand new and it is great value for money, paid for 2 nights although only stay for one and used the room throughout the day as had an evening flight back but was so cheap was definitely worth it.

Pleasant staff who were really helpful despite us arriving beforeour room was ready they allowed us to check in and dropnour bags off in the secure luggage storage, rooms were clean and cleaned daily with towels replaced daily, rooms having a fridge and some cooking facilities is a bonus, good location easy access to transport and still walking distance to the old town, quiet room and location.

The mattress was quite hard for our liking but that's personal taste, pillows were quite thin would have been nice to have additional ones in the room. Temperature of the room was very warm, a thermostat to control own room temperature would have made it more cosy.

- Superb room condition (renovated last year), everything in the room and bathroom was modern and in tip top shape - well equipped kitchen, had everything I needed to cook my own meals, fridge, microwave, kettle, bottle openers, even a French press - comfortable bed - sockets close to bed - location is great, but confusing to find for the first time. Perhaps a picture reference PDF would be useful for first time clients - apart from outside construction that the hotel couldn't help with it was amazingly quiet

- slow internet (4-5 mbps) - useless TV with a handful of finnish channels, not supporting Netflix/Prime apps.

The hotel is well located: on the same tram line which goes to/from airport and just 15 minutes to go to the port. There is big hypermarket near the hotel. The old town is 10 minutes to go and there is good transport connection as well. The suit was very quite because the hotel is somehow hidden between main streets. Inside there is all the equipment mentioned in description. It was clean as well.
