Nice breakfast, very good location next to the train station, close to the Old Town Tallinn. Parking at the hotel relatively cheap - only 5 EUR per day. Rooms are quiet despite the very busy street and railway. Nice design.

Lighting in the room could be more functional. Also the bedstead was unfunctional as it wasn't possible to be sitting to look TV. The price for water bottles seems a bit too high at 2 EUR for 0,5 l (with 50 cents in shops it might be 1 EUR?)

Very good location. Paid parking at the place (5 € per night for guests).

It was a start of the cold season, but the floor in the bathroom was not heated and there was no floor towel or disposable slippers. Bottled water was priced extra, there was no tea or coffee in the room.

Clean, 'no frills' accommodation perfectly located for visiting the old town (10 min walk). Our room on 6th floor had lovely view of old town skyline. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. Corridors were very quiet and we hardly saw any other guests except in the restaurant. There was a large choice for breakfast (11 euros) but then we didn't need to eat again until 8pm. Supermarket and sauna attached by a 3rd-floor corridor to the hotel. Convenience store selling sandwiches, snacks, hot and cold drinks and takeaway food to the right of the hotel hidden around a corner of the railway station. Ideal if you arrive after the shops have closed.

Unlike similar style hotels in the UK, there was no kettle in the room. The hairdryer cable did not stretch very far and the plug socket was too far away from the mirror. The sauna is quite expensive and is not included in the price of the hotel.

The location is perfect - close to Old Town, right at the Train Station, but it is a beautiful place, and it was nice to stay there. The market near the station is nice, and there's a food court, so we didn't not have questions where to eat. Also "Selver" shop is there. Connection to the rest of the city - buses and trams. Or taxi, if you like. All available. Room was small, but very clean and nice, and we actually did not need the space, since we were out most of the time. Amenities - only liquid soap is provided, so if you need something more, take with you. Breakfast was good - everything available till the very last minutes of breakfast time.

Lovely, modern and efficient check in procedure. Good breakfast and great that it ran till 11am. Late (12pm) check out was great as we had a very late flight. We also appreciated luggage storage for this reason and the airport bus stopping right outside 😍 Quick walk into the Old Town and right next to Balti Jaam market.

Bathmat would have been helpful and additional/more practical hooks for towels so they didn't fall on wet/dirty floor. My partner would have appreciated tea making facilities as loves a cup before bed. Otherwise perfect and I suspect we will be back!

Amazing location, great value for money and quiet despite being exactly on the train station (trains are leaving less than 20m from the breakfast tables).

Breakfast is not great, it will fill you up (but do avoid the peak hours, we barely got seating the first day during rush hour), to get decent coffee you have to pay extra (but the tea is free). Shower doesn’t have amazing pressure and the way it’s constructed will leave the floor wet if not super careful while washing (showers are not dreadful, they’re actually beautiful, but not a very thoughtful design).

Perfect location for my overnight after landing in Tallinn late and travelling by train to Tartu next day. staff were available and friendly - even at 1am when I arrived, breakfast and checkout both nice and late (7-11am breakfast, checkout by 12pm) - UK hotels could learn a thing or too. breakfast was also good, mix of hot and cold and good coffee. Train station is 10 metres from hotel, its basically on the platform. and in the other direction is the old town, perfect for a morning stroll to take some of Tallinn’s beauty in.

if being super picky, there was a hair in the bathroom and as a bald man, I know it wasn’t mine!

Location: best place to stay to explore the city. Safe and beautiful view from the window. Supermarket just attached to the hotel. Comfortable bed, good shower and modern furniture. Parking: lots of parking spots in front and beside the hotel (6€/day). Good breakfast. 10 min walking to the Christmas Market-Old town

Small room

The "family rooms" at the hotel are very spacious and a wonderful value for the money. They seem to be located in a newer section of the hotel where the spa and sauna are located, and are fantastic if you're traveling with kids. Some of the family rooms are the equivalent of studio apartments, while others are 1-bedroom apartments (living area + separate bedroom with door). Overall, this is a great location if you're traveling by train - the hotel is located literally steps away from the main Balti Jaam train station and about a 5-minute walk to Old Town. Either the trains are silent or the rooms are soundproof, because you never hear the trains. (Trust me, I was skeptical at first) I also liked the restaurant located in the lobby of the hotel - this also seemed to be new/upgraded. The breakfasts here are very affordable, and I would recommend going. They have discount rates for kids. We tried to sit by the windows, so the kids could get views of the orange trains coming and going from the station. If you want to stock up on food for the train or grab a quick bite, there's a big market (Balti Turg) located nearby, as well as a mega-supermarket called Selver.

While the location is perfection if you're traveling by train, it's not quite as convenient if you're coming from the airport. The airport tram is still being upgraded/fixed, so you will have to take a bus or order a car service/taxi. I think the hotel provides a courtesy shuttle to the airport and there are always taxis waiting at the hotel's entrance, but I found it easier just to grab the #2 bus right outside the hotel. (I've been to Tallinn before, so I already had a city transport card, and felt comfortable taking public transport everywhere.)

The location is great, you can walk to the city center and the main historic attractions. You can also walk to the ferry port and take a day trip to Helsinki. Nearby there is a fruit market, restaurants, pubs, and bars. A supermarket and the train station are next to the hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was big.
