Breakfast buffet was amazing, lot of options for everyone

Reception staff could have been more welcoming,I felt bit set back when they brought the welcoming drink and I asked that “what is this?”as they just passed the tray in-front of me without telling me the drink and their answer was it’s a welcome drink , well I know that 🥹people have allergies so I was expecting an answer.no smiles on their faces at all. I went to reception and said we are checking in and she did not smile or welcomed and she asked me oh! You are checking in so where is your luggage as we walked in without luggage as we had our own car.

They catered well for a gluten free diet, they had gluten free pasta in the italian restaurant, gluten free bread at the breakfast buffet and gluten free pizza bases were also available. They also did pretty well at catering for a vegetarian diet. These were the main points of difference for us. I liked the fact the room had a washing machine and dryer, and you can also swap wet towels for dry towels at anytime.

We didnt know about the building and renovation works going on, although they managed it pretty well. The cost of incidentals was like holidaying in central Sydney. The cost of the Bulabus for example was FJ$11 a day but if you walked down the road you could buy them for $5.50 each.

Rooms are excellent. Stayed in a 1 bed suite with our two boys - which worked really well. Rooms are very nicely finished. Pool was great for the kids. Food at all restaurants was also excellent.

Frustrating to be restricted on restaurants with the half board basis we booked on. Service sometimes frustratingly slow - despite accepting it is on ‘Fiji time’.

We had a wonderful holiday and atay at your resort, all the staff were amazing, very helpful.and friendly, we could not fault them from the cleaners to the ground staff, front of office, acrivities team and the customer service staff, we were always greeted with a lovely warm smile, any questions we had were answered, the staff went above and beyond, we will be back for sure.

A couple of things to mention, it would have been helpful if we had a microwave in our room, maybe we had to pay more for this? Also, we mentioned when we gave feedback with GM that it would be good to have a pool movie night as an option, we think this would work well with both adults and children. And obe other thing, a lot of the guests including us often foubd out about activities happeneing through word of mouth, a suggestion could be to out this information on the TVs in each room the night prior and have a board at thr breakfast area or even send a group trxt out to the guests the night.peior.

As a family of four, with children aged 6 and 12 years, it had everything to enjoy a perfect holiday We arrived to a beautiful reception with the beating of the Lali and complimentary refreshments as we checked in. . We loved the location of our room as it had a lagoon view and it was very close to the Ocean Deck. The room had great facilities and it was great to be able to wash and dry our laundry in the room. The pool was excellent with sun lounges to relax on while the kids swam. It did get busy some days so had to get there early enough to get a spot. Pool side service was great. We opted to add the daily buffet breakfast and it had a great selection of foods. Would have liked to have more local Fijian dishes available to try. The only downfall was the WiFi was super slow but towards the end of our trip it picked up speed. There were a great selection of restaurants to choose to dine in but making a reservation ahead is helpful. We loved the entertainment provided on some nights with traditional dancing and fire show. And the timing of our stay was also aligned with Fiji Day so there were additional celebratory activities. I would definitely choose Radisson Blu again, there was so much to offer.

The WiFi was very slow and although we weren't reliant on using devices during our stay, it was difficult to make wifi or video calls with family that were staying at other resorts and be able to communicate with them.

The staff were amazing. Moses was just good fun and sang a great "Happy birthday" to my wife Mary on her Boxing Day birthday in our room. Mere on reception did a great job on our arrival as we were early. Asenaca, Makelesi, and Sherry were just so professional and helpful in servicing our room. Finally, Barbie at the Orchid Bar is a star and helped me through some fairly sluggish mornings with a good laugh and a nice cold Fiji Gold. I wish I could mention all the staff by name as everyone was fantastic. The room was excellent. While the kids' pool looked great, the adults only one was lovely. The grounds are exceptional and so well maintained by the Landscape crew. We LOVED the Radisson.

Nothing, really. Our expectations were well met and in most cases exceeded

The breakfast buffet, the greenery, the beach themed pool and water slide (the kids loved this, as did we!), and the staff were all awesome. Some good food at the restaurants too (Italian and Lebanese were our faves).

The kids club is currently under construction I believe, so it takes place in a room, and there's no playground. Still I think the kids had a good time there. We were disappointed in the Thai restaurant sadly. It was either too salty or too peppery. We also had issues with plumbing on two rooms (I gather they'd recently been renovated) - toilet leaked water in one (thankfully clean), and the ceiling dropped after we moved rooms. The staff dealt with it swiftly at least, and gave us champagne and a fruit platter which was nice. We'd never been to Denauru before, so the lack of a proper beach was surprising (though there is swimmable ocean next to a wall). Ocean activities were expensive too.

Could not fault anything really 10/10 The staff were very welcoming on arrival and were just so lovely nothing was to much for them to do with a smile, the room was amazing so clean, spacious and the facilities were great. Pool was fantastic for us all the kids especially loved the waterslide it was a highlight of the resort for them. The Buffet breakfast was great good choice of lots of foods, the coffee machine was great.

The only thing was we noticed after leaving on our receipt of all our charges to our room that someone had charged us $9.90 at one of the bars that we never went to and wonder how often this happens.

Fantastic location, staff were lovely(really, really lovely), internet was decent and the food was sensational. The resort has an only adults pool section which is nice. Majority of the tours in the Nadi region were run from Denarau island, and the tour companies offer a transfer service from resorts on Denarau island. Nadi town is only 10FJD taxi ride. Our experience was fantastic and would definitely book again.

There was construction at the accomodation and we weren’t notified before arrival. The construction caused no issues but if you’re paying a substantial amount per night, it would’ve been appreciated to have been notified beforehand. Understandably they’re running a business and wouldn’t want patrons to be discouraged from booking if they knew the hotel was under construction, but suggest sending an automated email (or text) to advise of the construction.

Really awesome staff - truly they were all so friendly and also found every experience staff were very helpful. The place is very well set up for families. Well designed with rooms having good access to everything, just a couple mins to the reception, or beach and less to the pool. Easy to get to port denarau for shopping food and ferries etc. The price is quite high but we thought the value was far better than a cheaper but inferior place we stayed at on Coral coast, particularly as you can easily access outside meals if you want to, that alone brought the overall daily cost to a similar level.

It was a little annoying to find out about renovations that were really pretty disruptive (nailguns and hammering etc right next to the pool all day, the outlook at the pool was a construction site, stuff closed and temporary breakfast set up. I get this has to be done, but after paying full (it's not cheap!) price there wasn't anything to offset that to guests. A free drink or something would be a drop in the bucket and go a long way.
