My room on arrival. The previous guest before me. The heave body odor of this person engulfed the room for four days none stop thereby making it not clean enough for me to stay. The room cleaner must make effort to be airing rooms after guests check out. Again my six nights stayed, I only slept the last night with heater my room was always very cold.

Surprisingly clean, comfortable and modern rooms. I had previously stayed at Greenstar a few years ago in Joensuu and the rooms were a bit dilapidated. The common areas were spotless. Despite being so close to main roads and train lines, there was no noise from the street in our room. The breakfast was also excellent and a good selection - some of the food could have been replaced quicker, but it seemed to be busy that Sunday morning. It was a short walk to the centre for restaurants and a great location to the train station to pickup and drop off friends.

The parking was a bit weird. Without knowing in advance how the payment system would work for it, having to use the Parking apps was ultimately what I did, and it charge more than 12€ for it (the apps take a service fee). I was also asked for my passport or residency details, being a foreign national (although a long term resident of Finland) I was unprepared for this at check-in so it would have helped to know in advance.

The hotel is very centrally located. The breakfast buffet was well balanced and we found a very clean room. Furthermore, self-check-in was very easy as the hotel gave us clear instructions in advance.

For the fact that the hotel calls itself a “green” hotel, it was not exceptionally sustainable. The parking on the hotel grounds was not free. There was a daily fee of 13 EUR, or 2 EUR per hour.

No restaurants or dining in options,difficulty in access/entry to hotel as no staff after 10 pm, we had to dial a emergency no as we could not enter hotel as doors would not open.

The hotel is clean and very quiet. The interior is fresh and modern, the colors reflect the green idea. Good selection of quality tea bags and coffee in the reception area, with the choice of nut milk and regular milk. The breakfast was good.

The breakfast room looks old, stuffy and outdated. It doesn't look like it belongs to a same hotel. I room wasn't cleaned even though we put the please clean-sign outside the door before 10.00 a.m..

I needed a hotel room to stay overnight in Lahti - it 100% did the job. Arrived after check-in hours but there's a self service machine to get the room key. Didn't see a single person throughout our stay, it was like a ghost town. Seemed like quite a big hotel actually.

Breakfast hall was very cold, the food selection quite poor and tasteless. Expensive parking, stayed for 9 hours and paid 12 euros.

Comfortable family room, good breakfast, 24 hour self check in was very convenient for a late arrival. The family room shows up in the system as only bookable for two adults, but a quick message to the hotel confirmed that the room would fit our family of four (the price was the same).

We took a while to get the self check in to work as the last step to produce a key card was not so clear, we eventually managed without having to call anyone though.

Very friendly staff. Everything was there that you need on a business trip. The internet connection worked fine, the breakfast was OK. Location next to the railway station is not a bad thing either. The convenience store was quite close.

Maybe it feels a bit, that the building is not recently built. Maybe requires some renovation here and there. But that is a minor problem, really.

Rooms were really clean, location was incredible and the staff was really friendly and helpful ! Was nice and quiet at night, so we had a very peaceful night.

The breakfast was lacking vegetarian options, I appreciate the oat milk for coffee and such, would have really enjoyed more vegetarian options, like vegan sausages or vegan deli meats. Other than that, I was very satisfied with everything.

Hotel was clean Tidy staff polite WIFI was annoying but worked ok. Breakfast was great value we shall Definity stay here again when in Finland
