Public transportation is just a short walk away, which makes getting around a breeze. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, the amenities, including a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a well-stocked minibar, added an extra touch of luxury. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. From the moment I checked in, they made me feel welcome and were eager to provide recommendations for local hotspots. The hotel offers an on-site restaurant that serves a delightful breakfast.

apparently in the Italian restaurant the staff was more busy talking to each other (3 people) when I arrived so I decided to leave after a few minutes as I was not getting any attention. House keeping forgot to make up my room, which I reported upon check out, however this was not an issue for me just for information only.

The room is amazing. The shower is superb, the room is very clean and modern. It is close to a multitude of shopping including groceries and a liquor store. The surrounding restaurants are open interesting and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The window has a window seat you may sit in or lye in and view the street. So cozy. The temperature in the room was very comfortable.

I was happy with everything. A refrigerator in the room would be nice.

Hotel was great, exceeded my expectations, super comfy room, good blinds and slept good. Nice to have wine glasses in the room. Enough pillows and good breakfast, location very central. Parking spacious. Staff was super friendly and taverna downstairs super, should have had all my meals there

Absolutely nothing wrong with the hotel but was not so impressed with Lahti itself

Excellent breakfast and lovely staff. Upscale room which had been renovated with great facilities. Comfy bed and very clean facilities. All facilities very nearby.

Had to walk outside for breakfast which was a slight bummer, but at least it wasn’t a bad weather. Breakfast had a great tea selection, but then the in-room tea was horrible.

Best possible location in the city, as middle as possible, and close to everything. Top tier breakfast, would go there just because of that.

Excellent hotel! The location is in the central part of town. The staff is kind and professional. The buffet offered a large variety. The rooms were clean and the staff offered daily cleaning, if requested.
